The media could not be loaded. This cage did not even last a good month. I don’t remember even getting any good use out of it. I’ve been holding onto it because I’ve spent so much money on it for it to be easily worn out. The railing is weak the framing is weak. It’s a waste of money if you have a medium to large size dog.. I opened the box and started assembly when we noticed several broken welds. Item can not be boxed up and shipped back since it was left in the rain and the box is no longer usable. I hate that I spent the amount I did and have to deal with what I received.

Easy assembly! My dog broke the pin for food door kinda quickly so can’t use that part, but the rest of product seems to work great! Dog bowls came damaged but seller resent new ones no questions asked and easy to work with.
