I purchased these in October to decorate for the holidays . The cord broke less than 2 weeks after putting them up . If your in a cold climate that gets snow , don't bother with them . Save yourself some money . There's also not enough light to solar charge these , so you'll be recharging them every 2-3 days . If you're planning on adding these to your light up holiday decor the solar automatic on and off will turn them off too. These didn't work out .

Expected these to be a little taller, my fault for not getting into the details tho. Solar feature definitley awesome and works like its suppose to. Will say the spread between canes is right at 3 ft, knowing this, I would have ordered two sets to have one on each side of my walk way. Current set up is 5 canes on each side but the wire runs from side to side on the 5th canes and become a minor trip hazard across the walk way.

This was a hassle putting together because it got super tangled I had to have my boyfriend untangle them all for me because I was loosing my mind! The brightness is good they have different levels of brightness and they can blink, I didn’t quite figure out the timer function on it they needed charged often because I don’t get much sun during the Christmas winter time, they stayed on for a good amount of time but would turn off regularly if not fully charged, I didn’t quite figure out how to set the timer to stay on for long periods of time at night but often they would still be on until the morning! If you can figure that out and not tangle them they are perfect, pretty sturdy I have a few soft spots in my ground by the walk way so they fell sometimes but overall I loved them I can’t wait to put them up next year I hope that they are easier to untangle next time the size is good and they are long if you have a long pathway or driveway you will need more then one if you put them in a row!

Nice. As long as the pad gets enough sunlight, the candycanes will come on automatically once the sun sets and lasts until all solar power is used. Cute , easy to set up Christmas decorations.
