The media could not be loaded. I like the material. It was easy to build. I followed the instructions and built the first one in 4 minutes, then did the second in half that from memory. I put them out as soon as they arrived last night and my feral went straight to it. The roof doesn't attach all the way around so you'll need duct tape or some type of waterproof tape to tape it down and close the huge gaps around the top. Or rain will pour right inside.

This winter we had a stray cat that kept hanging out on our front porch. We love animals but my son is so allergic. We bought food and snacks for the cat and then I bought this little house. I couldn't stand the thought of it being so cold-- my son put a blanket in the house and the cat stayed! He goes out and pets it= then has to wash his arms and put benedryl cream on. We love helping this poor little guy! The house was reasonable and is made very well. Not flimsy at all!

Let's talk about the instructions. Ok, ignoring that the pieces are not proportional in the pictured size, numbers on the long pieces are printed in pale grey, the #4 is printed backwards, they are poorly done, and took 2 of us over 20 minutes to put together. Regarding the description of the product being water proof, or even resistant is not realistic. They put a roof on it that attached with 4 sets of snaps that do not hold the roof down firmly. Any breeze, especially that of a rain storm will pull the roof back enough to let the rain in,so the quality of waterproofing on the fabric is moot. The positive is that there is some structure to it because of the plastic tubes, and the material is decent.

I live in the panhandle of Florida and I originally purchased this for an outside kitty for nights when it would get below 45°. Then last night we had a record-breaking 7 inches of snow and freezing temperatures. I was hoping this would help keep the kitty comfortable and dry. When he came out of it this morning, I am happy to say he was not cold and he was dry. I’m so pleased at how this help helped keep the kitty dry and comfortable. I did put a couple of blankets inside of it, but still, he wasn’t wet and he wasn’t cold when he came out.
