I looked at a lot of these and for me this is the perfect size (21") and nicest design. The first afternoon I put it outside it didn't get enough charge and put out zero light after dark. But the next day was sunnier and it continued to glow for at least 6 hours after sunset. So it definitely needs lots of full sun. It comes with no instructions, so be sure to locate the on-off button located directly underneath the solar cell. ... show more

This is a beautiful piece. So much nicer than I expected. It really looks like stone. It arrived late in the day so I thought there wasn't time to charge it but it worked right out of the box! It lit up immediately in a dark room. I put it outside and it lit when it got dark and stayed lit. It was bright enough that I could see the lit windows clearly across the yard. I just received this today. Nothing came with this. No information. No instructions. Nothing. On Amazon it describes an on/off switch. There is NO on/off switch. There is no access to the batteries so no way to replace them when they eventually will die. I have no idea how long it will work, or even if it will now. Disappointed with manufacturer/seller. This pagoda charged in one day as promised. It is such a nice size, large enough to stand out in a medium sized yard. It lights up every night at sundown. We love how heavy it is...that keeps it from blowing over in the wind. We would definitely buy this again!

Title says LED with flickering light. Light doesn’t flicker it is just a constant light. Is mine broken or do you all just have a steady light? Is so the vendor should change the description since it is misleading as is.
