Make sure you get the correct measurements for your tree before ordering a collar. This one fits ours beautifully. It is made of sturdy material and since I love the black and red plaid (buffalo plaid), it fits in very well with our decor at Christmas. It can fold flat for storage, so that's an added bonus.

Running a robot vacuum in our current house around Christmas time stinks. Can only be done if I either remove the tree skirt (otherwise it’ll get stuck) or put those hideous brown “don’t go past” strips up. So this year, instead of the tree skirt, I’ll put this around the base of the tree. No more stuck robot vacuum or ugly strips. And I can run my vacuum wherever I feel like it and not just when I’m at home.
