Fountain came packaged well. The white packing material fell apart very easily and went everywhere. Set up was easy and the pump works great. The issue I have is the bottom pillar is leaning one way the the top is leaning the other. You can see in the picture.

The large box arrived with plenty of dents from shipping and the fountain was packed in just Styrofoam. The fountain had many chips out of it because of the packaging. The unit is really too light to be sturdy. Given the cheap construction of the pieces, it's nearly impossible to really secure and level the unit. ... show more
