Features

  • GIVE THE GIFT OF OURA RING 4 - This gifting kit takes the guesswork out of gifting, allowing the recipient to purchase the correct size and preferred finish of their Oura Ring 4. Gift card sold separately.
  • A FEW EASY STEPS - Purchase the gifting kit and a gift card with your desired value. Your friend or loved one will size themselves, and then purchase their Oura Ring 4 using the gift card.
  • CHOOSE A FINGER - Oura Ring 4 works on all fingers. Make sure to size the finger you plan to wear your Oura Ring on. For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing your Oura Ring on your index, middle, or ring finger.
  • FIND YOUR FIT - Oura Ring 4 should fit snug around the base of your finger, but not to the point where its uncomfortable. When sizing yourself, the ring must fit over the largest part of your finger, like your knuckle.
  • WEAR TEST - Your fingers expand and contract based on environmental factors, so we recommend wearing your ring sizer for 24 hours to confirm your best fit. Your ring should not rotate as you go about normal daily tasks.
  • SIZES - Oura Ring 4 is available in sizes 415, and we currently do not offer half-sizes. Oura Ring sizes are slightly different from standard ring sizes, so you should not assume your ring size.
  • MATERIALS - Our sizing rings are made of plastic, while the Oura Ring 4 is crafted in full titanium for comfort. Due to the plastic mold used to make our ring sizers, they may seem less comfortable than the actual Oura Ring youll end up receiving.

  • Best health tracker I’ve used for sleep and recovery
Color: Silver Size: 7
The Oura Ring has been genuinely useful for tracking my sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and recovery trends. The data feels more accurate and meaningful than what I got from wrist trackers, and since it’s tiny and comfortable I forget I’m wearing it. The app breaks everything down in a clear way and makes it easy to spot patterns (stress, hydration, workouts, etc.). Battery life is solid and lasts several days before charging. It’s a premium device for sure, but if you care about sleep and recovery data more than steps and notifications, it’s worth it. ... show more

  • I love it!
Color: Silver Size: 8
I don't like wearing wrist watches, so having a smart ring is PERFECT for me! I love how durable it is, it's easy to clean, and the app that comes with it is GREAT! The tracking on this thing is flawless and it uses light sensors to track my vitals, so it doesn't even feel like a smart device, just a regular ring! It also charges very quickly, so if I'm using the bathroom or taking a shower at home, I just pop it on the charger for 10-15 minutes and it's good for a few days! I only do it daily just to establish a good routine, and I have forgotten before and let the battery get low, but still haven't had the power die on me yet! I can see it being an issue for lifting weights since it's coated in stainless still and a little bulky, but otherwise very comfortable for other forms of exercise! I can also see it being a problem because of the red and green light sensors at night, it might be disruptive to light sleepers in a dark room, but I just keep my hands under my blankets or pillows, and I sleep just fine! It doesn't light up all the time, just periodically throughout the night. If the tiny lights at night might bother you, you can probably put a thick sock or a glove over your hand at night to block the light. I'm personally not inconvenienced by it at night, and I like that I can't feel anything when it checks my vitals (heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature, just to name a few). I wound up subscribing to the app anually because I really liked how easy it was to set up and how thorough its analysis was for my overall health. UPDATE: Recently I noticed the ring was draining too fast between charges and I actually needed to charge it everyday! I reached out to customer service via the app, they asked a few questions, and shipped me another one immediately! It was refurbished, not brand new, but it works like new and I would never have known the difference if they didn't tell me! I keep the old one as a backup just in case since they said I don't need to send it back. I basically haven't stopped wearing the Oura ring since I put it on, and I've used it on long walks, swimming (fully submerged in water), and for general daily activities and it works great! I wash it with soap and water when I wash my hands and take it off to give it an.wxtra good wipe down before popping it on the charger or putting it back on! ... show more

  • Love, Love, Love!!
Color: Brushed Silver Size: 6
I’ve had the Oura ring for almost a year now and would recommend if you’re looking for a wearable that balances tracking your sleep & recovery while also looking minimal. In the beginning, it took some time getting used to having it on my finger but after a month of wearing it consistently, I barely notice it and really love how simple and sleek it looks. It also charges very quickly, so if battery life is a concern, I’d say there are few moments where I am without it. I was initially drawn to the Oura ring as I didn’t want another screen in my life, and I find that it meets the exact criteria I was looking for. I have heard that its fitness tracking isn’t the most accurate in terms of tracking your calories burned or steps walked, but I don’t really use it so much for those purposes. If fitness tracking is critical, I’d do some more research on all the options available. However, if you’re more concerned about sleep, recovery, and stress metrics, I would say it does a great job at monitoring. ... show more

  • Read this review if you are considering the Oura ring!
Color: Black Size: 8
Let me start by saying I REALLY wanted to like this ring! I wouldn’t have spent so much money on it if I wasn’t all in! My first disappointment came from, just learning/realizing that the ring did not have the functionality that, I had understood it to have. Does it track your heart rate? Mmmmm… sort of. If you are hoping for it to track your heart rate while you are exercising, you are going to be sorely disappointed. It does heart rate readings every 10 to 30 minutes. No matter what you’re doing. That is one reading every 10 to 30 minutes… Which by the way you have no control of so it might be 10, it might be . So if you’re hoping to capture your peak heart rate while you are exercising, good luck. There is a function where you can record your workout and, I thought maybe that would be a workaround but no, all that really does is, record your path with GPS tracking to give you a visual of the route you took. And it’ll take a couple heart rate readings but, again, not at any meaningful regular interval while you are exercising. There is a manual function to check your heart rate which, has to be selected in the app and then it asks you to stay still for 30 seconds so that it can take your heart rate… And again, if you’re exercising, and you want your heart rate being tracked, you can’t stop everything and pull out your phone every few minutes to force it to take a reading. And, don’t forget, to also stop and be still so that it can take the reading.🤦♀️ Does it detect when you are stressed? One of the features this ring boasts is, tracking your stress. Supposedly, your body gives off particular signals when you are stressed and, the App puts a lot of focus on the amount of stress that you’ve had during your day. The problem is, it’s wildly inaccurate. It goes further to say that, eating, exercising, or doing things you enjoy can all give off those same signals as stress lol so, it’s not really a very useful metric for anything IMO. It will say I am stressed when I am eating, when I am exercising, but even when I am doing something relaxing and enjoyable like, in my garden interestingly enough, it has correctly detected a few times that I got particular news that sent my stress levels way up. It did pick those up. But, again, how useful is it if, it picks up so much of everything else as stress also 😆 I mean unless you are just a slug and lay around all day, it’s going to report that you had stress throughout the day 🤷♀️ And how about that subscription? Does the ring give basic metrics without the subscription? No. Big fat no. This is my biggest problem with this ring. I didn’t know if I felt like that the subscription would be valuable enough to me so I made sure before I purchased it that, if I didn’t want the extras of the subscription that the ring would still continue to track the most basic things like, step count. And, it reports that it does do that. HOWEVER, what they fail to mention is that, they don’t make that data available for you to see anywhere anymore lol and, it no longer updates Apple health or whatever other app you are integrating in with. So, it does NOTHING without the subscription. The only thing it will do is give you these silly readiness scores for your day. If it feels like you got a good nights sleep then it will give you a good readiness score for the day and a good sleep score. But you will see absolutely none of the data that went into building that score. No more steps, no more heart rate, no more anything. That’s IT. You can buy a ring for a fraction of the price that gives you all way more functionality, WITHOUT a Subscription. The way they make it sound before you purchase is that the subscription gives you a lot of extras. And I was willing to pay that if I felt like those extras were really valuable but because the data is so wildly inaccurate, I didn’t feel like it was particularly valuable what I thought I was getting as an “extra” From the subscription. Had I known it wouldn’t do the most basic thing to count steps without a subscription, and actually show them to me either in the app or by writing them to Apple health, I would have never purchased this ring. You’ve been warned! Good luck! ... show more
