Just got my kids a bunk bed so when I saw this for free I snatched it. This book is full of imagination and my kids loved it! Adam zollinger did a great job with this story and the illustrations are captivating as well. Lots of great detail!

I liked the magic and ask but I would have liked to see more animals and stuff...says my eight year old daughter. My eleven year old son says...he liked the ending the best but the rest was just kinda okay. I personally enjoyed the story and my kids liked and even said the magic spell asked along with me...So I think it was it was pretty nifty. The repetitive part was a favorite and maybe the author should have utilized a little bit more of that for the story. ... show more

I love the storyline, the pictures are very well done. My twins like the adventures that Alley and Arthur go on. I think it shows a great imagination of a young child and remind me of some of my pretend days as a kid with a cardboard box. My children have a buck bed so I hope it may give them some ideas also. ... show more

Just finished reading Our Magic Bunk Bed to my 4 year old nephew. He loved the spaceship, cowboy and airplane beds and now wants to be an airplane flying cowboy-astronaut. Great quick read before bedtime and a perfect conversation starter with him. Can beds really be magic? Did Ally really have a spell book? What would happen if you were in a plane but didn't know how to fly it?! Peak-a-boo, Wohoo! So much fun to read - thanks, Adam! Write another one!! ... show more

Although my own children are grown, it's just the sort of book they would have loved to read when they were children. I know my grand children will enjoy this when they come to visit since they love adventures. The story was very cute and original and I love the pictures. What an amazing artist.
