My son loved the companion story about the bear and his dad, so I was a little nervous that he would not want to hear a different story. He knows what he likes, and he doesn't take kindly to anyone trying to change it up, thank you. We'll, I was pleasantly surprised! This book is very sweet. As a mom, I really like it. But the pictures aren't very clear for a younger child. My 9 month old isn't very interested in looking at them, so I think I'll have to set it aside for when he's older.
