  • Thanks Oupes!!!
Set name: Guardian 6000+G5 Battery+4*240W Panels
Works great - plenty of long-lasting power. We weren't sure if it could initiate a 240V well pump and it has absolutely no problem at all. We had a couple of questions and customer support was top notch...like a company should be. You get a reply from a person who actually knows their product well and knows what to ask to provide help. The 4 panels power it back up to a full charge in a few hours. We're very happy with the purchase and highly recommend this product and company. ... show more

  • Way better and more clean than a gas powered generator. I keep keep it in my home 24/7
Set name: Guardian 6000
I truly love this power bank!!! I love the fact that once you charge it, it's Plug and Play. Instantly you have power that's strong enough to power my neighbor's house as well. Connected with my solar panels, and BC charging speeds charging. It's definitely very heavy. The connectivity is pretty much any us Outlet including RV/mobilehome. Noiseless very silent. Very versatile, my friend plugged his items into it as a test. Now he wants one. I highly recommended over gas powered generators. I keep it in my home next to my TV and entertainment stand. I run an extension corded surge protector throughout the house, for adding protection ... show more

  • portable solar power system best bang for buck with limits
Set name: Guardian 6000+G5 Battery+4*240W Panels
Note:Groundbreaking but a few things need work. For one the 50 amp plug is in a bad place and not very accessible the way it's made. Even if the plug had been turn upside down it would be usable from the bottom position. Pretty big inconvenience flaw for RV on the 50 amp plug that my husband and I noticed. Something that also is worth noting is it is a lot slower charging by solar then by electric. It is limited and I personally am not not experienced enough to know why they made it like this so the solar is limited on how many watts it can charge at. Thinking out loud here but probably should have gotten fixed solar panels instead of the portable ones that go with this kit but may still use as well if can figure out how to mount on a cooler trailer roof properly. Last but not least weight is a little heavy and for travel that counts. Still though for price point and watts it is hard to beat for what is on the market currently that is even portable. Test of time is still left but it seems like it will last so far and will update this to reflect that test if get time in the future😊. ... show more

  • Big power, low price.
Set name: Guardian 6000
I received my OUPES guardian 6000 about a week ago. So far, I’m extremely impressed and happy with it. I own eight other power stations, but this is my first OUPES and it’s by far my largest. It is very heavy and at 74 years old, there is no way I can lift it. Thankfully, the wheels and luggage style handle do allow some mobility. My primary interest in this unit is its ability to produce 240V power. I do plan on using this as a whole home back up when needed and the 240V output will allow me to energize both legs of my 120V circuits, even if I don’t plan on using 240V appliances. The installed battery capacity and inverter capabilities are excellent, especially at this price point. The only reason for the four star rating are my two minor complaints about the product. The first being the app. Why, in this day and age can we not get an easy to connect, smooth running app, which stays connected, on a $2000 power station. Other major manufacturers managed to accomplish this even on sub $500 units. My second issue involves the solar charging. On paper, the single 2100W. (140V/15A) charge controller looks impressive, but achieving this input with the voltage and amperage ratings of most panels is nearly impossible. Personally, I hope future units incorporate a second charge controller for more solar flexibility. Overall, disregarding my two personal complain complaints, this is an impressive solar generator, at an extremely good price point. If you are looking for a 240V capable power station, this one deserves serious consideration. ... show more

  • Easy operation, Quiet, Ultimate alternative.
Set name: Guardian 6000
Ultimate alternative to gas generator. Bought Oupes Guardian 6000 to hook up to house generator interlock for power outages. Will charge up, 120 volts in 3+ hours. Conservatively Provided, lights refrigerator, coffee maker, etc, for 24 hours using 80% battery as suggested to maximize battery life & quiet at this usage level. The unit is heavy, (its a battery), but with retractable handle & wheels mobility is not a problem. Display is clear, simple to read. Bluetooth feature is handy. Simple to operate, wife can operate it if I'm not home. ... show more

  • Buy the Pecron instead, this is disappointing.
Set name: Guardian 6000
Edit: Died after a month and a half. DO NOT BUY. Can't do any automation whatsoever with this junk. The Pecron would be better. Mine won't connect to WiFi. It only works on 2.4ghz. I even added a 2.4ghz capable router and set up a 2.4ghz specific network for this thing. I'm done fighting with it. I was really hoping I could use this to run a room or two off solar exclusively, use it to monitor consumption and recharge rates. That's not a reasonable possibility without WiFi connection. The app is bare bones and doesn't log anything. The unit also seems to just drop off solar input randomly before going back to normal. An early software bug was it couldn't start running solar without being disconnected and reconnected. I wonder if that was their stopgap solution, just having it do it unprompted. Leaving the unit plugged in severely limits usability. Even with it set to only recharge at 25%, it'll consume power to extend runtime, possibly to inflate numbers and make you think it's doing more than it can. I made the mistake of ordering this instead of the Pecron. Don't make the same mistake. If I buy one of the Oupes g5 batteries from Amazon, I'd have to order the connection cable from the Oupes website directly. It's ridiculous. Overall would not recommend. It works. But in a bare minimum sense. I don't have the tools necessary to check if it even has the stated capacity. The solar input limitations aren't great. It shuts off most of the outputs while plugged in. It consumes power while plugged in at all times no matter what. It won't connect to WiFi. The app doesn't record anything and honestly looks like it's trying to sell you more stuff instead of connecting to your device. Their batteries don't come with the cable necessary to use it them. I'm not happy. But I'm also not one of those guys to just return stuff for that reason. It's my fault for trying to save some money. Buy the Pecron instead. ... show more

  • Not bad
Set name: Guardian 6000+2*240W Panels
I took it to my off-grid tiny cabin, still boxed. It had about 65% charge. I downloaded the app and modified the screen timeout so I could keep an eye on it as I hooked up one of the solar panels and a Starlink mini. I connected to it via Bluetooth and the Starlink network without issues. I was at my cabin for just over a day, and it rained the entire time, but even in the rain and clouds, the solar panel showed an input of 34 watts, which, considering the weather, was still impressive. Before heading back to town, I plugged in my old Dyson vacuum cleaner to vacuum up some of the dried mud from going in and outside so often, and it did the job. I brought it home to fully (90%) charge it off-grid and plan to use it as my main off-grid power source, topping it off as needed from a gas generator. So far, so good. ... show more

  • Nice Battery
Set name: Guardian 6000+G5 Battery+4*240W Panels
Love the batteries, but there is a learning curve as to how connect the bluetooth. Customer service could use a lot of work as they are slow to respond.I gave them the benefit of doubt because of the high sales.
