Love this durable, protective, and lightweight case! My old case was heavier. I also appreciate the palm carrier as it is easier to manage. The only thing I am missing in this great case is the built in screen protector. Instead I added an additional glass screen protector for protection since its primary use will be outside. Easy to handle and a kickstand to prop it up on the desk when needed. Love it!

Great case - very sturdy just like every OtterBox for my phone that I’ve had. Very easy to take apart insert and after putting a glass screen protector on put back together again. This iPad case has many pros and cons. I will probably keep it because of the brand’s warranty. They have a great warranty on their products. I have always had great success with this brand, warranties are always easy to do. Fit: This case does fit my tablet correctly. The cut out for the front and rear flash and cameras are in the correct location. Thy are adequately sized as well allowing you to take pictures without having to remove the case. The edges of the case are slim fit, allowing you to view the entirety of the screen. The downside to the slim slides is that it makes the sides weaker than what I have seen on all of the other cases I have from this brand and it allows the short edges to bend out. Hard inner case- Yes. Silicone outer skin- Yes. Durability: This case feels moderately durable on the back. The front, short edges are not as sturdy as I think they should be. Compared to all of the other products that I have purchased from this brand the sides do feel a bit flimsy that allows a bit of flexibility to the edges, especially on the short sides of the case. This creates the problem of movement. Even though the fit is great, it does slide over if you pick the device up from a side. It moves enough that you can see the tablet edge through the gap that the case creates when it shifts over. This problem is also allowing dust to slip under the case in those areas. The plastic frame that goes on the tablet first does not seem as thick or sturdy as what I am used to seeing from this company. The silicone sleeve appears to be the same as all the others I have received from this brand. Features: Kickstand/handle- Yes. This case does have an adjustable kickstand with an adjustable strap attached and two rubber bits at the end to prevent slipping while in use. To open the kickstand you simply press the grey button at the edge away from the center and adjust it to the angle and direction by lifting and/or turning the square. The kickstand does rotate 360°. It is also able to be adjusted to the exact angle you chose. It can be open a small amount or open enough that it leans back against the case. The handle is a soft strap that goes around your hand. It is made with strong Velcro that holds the tablet against the palm of your hand securely. It feels very sturdy, The Velcro strap is removable. Charging port cover- Yes. Lanyard loop hole- Yes. Two on each corner of the charging port side of the case. I am concerned that the flexibility of the rigid portion of the case that the short sides have. I do not know if a lanyard will warp the case over time or not. I cannot say if this will happen or not because I have only had this case about a week. Pen holder- Yes. It does have an attached pen holder. It is made of elastic and may be taken off when the case is disassembled by removing the pin that holds it in place. It is very easy to go on and off. The con to this is that you can accidentally dislodge it from the case while putting the case on if you do not pay attention. I do not know if this part is replaceable. Camera protection- Yes. This case does have a raised lip/bumper around the back camera to help protect the lens from scratching. This does not get in the way of taking pictures. ID label window- The cutout for attaching an Id label is on the back of the case and does have a clear cover attached to protect whatever tag you add to your tablet. Window measures just over 3 & 1/4” wide and 1 & 1/8” tall. Screen protector- No. This case does not have a built in screen protector. It does snap into place easily with a screen protector installed. Overall size- Just under 10 & 1/2” tall and about 7 & 3/4” wide (not including the pen holder). The thickness from the bottom of the handle to the front edge of the case is close to 1 & 1/2”. From the edge of the case to the edge of the Velcro handle is close to 3/4” deep. Case thickness including kickstand is close to 3/4” deep. Kickstand is just under 5” square. Hand strap minimum width (closed) about 5” wide. Widest setting is almost 6 & 1/2” long. Pen holder is approximately 1 & 3/4” long. Cleaning- This case is very easy to wipe clean. the case and sleeve can both be removed and washed or wiped off. The crevice/channel where the silicone attaches to the plastic frame does allow debris in; the case seems to pick up every bit of dust and pet hair that exits in the area. You can see in some of my pictures the amount of dust that it collected from the time it was installed and left on for for almost 24 hours. This dust that started collected in our local coffee shop was visible in indoor light about 4 hours later. Another con is in regards to the Velcro strap. Hair sticks to Velcro, so that is a little irritating as well but just a part of having this type of strap. Installation-As expected. Start with the side the pen holder goes through and then work your way around. It is a little frustrating to get the silicone to attach where the gaps for the buttons, speakers, and kickstand are . Especially the kickstand as the opening in the silicone is slightly off center and requires some extra work to get snapped into place around it. Warranty- This brand has a great warranty policy. All of my cases are from this company and anytime I have needed to use the warranty it has been a simple process. ⭐️ Minus 1 for the short sides of the case being moveable and somewhat flimsy, I do think these should be stronger. ⭐️ Minus 1 for the areas the silicone does not attach to the plastic frame well; for the areas that the silicone does not quite line up in the back around the kick stand; and for the amount of debris the case allows inside in such a short period of time. I will most likely be keeping this case because of my previous experience with the brand and its warranty. I have had great cases that protect well from drops from this brand and they really do fulfill the warranty that comes with their products. They can be done yourself online so it’s easy and fast to get something replaced, also because of the kickstand/hand strap combo. It is very sturdy and has a complete range of motion.
