*UPDATE* I was able to get a replacement before the window closed so that was pretty awesome! It was also shipped very quickly! I really love this blendie cup! It’s super convenient and hassles free. Just a little fyi the blender won’t work unless the cup is screwed on the way it should be! If you’re on the go it’s a must-have changing it to 5 star!! (ORIGINAL REVIEW) This product is great for on the go smoothies! I love it a lot. It’s a little bit hard to clean the cracks and crevices of it sometimes but if you soak in cleaning solution it helps. The only issue that I am noticing is that I have left it to charge two days in a row on the charger and it’s been dead so I haven’t been able to use it in two days. I am not sure what I am doing wrong! When I figure it out I will then come back with an update. Overall, it’s a great investment and even better price than the one advertised on Tik Tok.

I charged it, but it won’t come on. It’s broken. I’ve done everything charge. Motor just won’t turn.. I found all directions and charging pushing the button twice to turn it on a little red light comes on up underneath it and it blinks a few times but the motor will not turn. how can I return it?

Update: Excellent customer service. They read my review and made good on sending a replacement charger and more! Would definitely do business with this company again. It was great while it was working. The product itself did not stop working but the charging connection has three spring-loaded pins and one of the three small pins is either missing or broke off inside or something. It could be bigger for sure and glass instead of plastic. Blended powders with fruits and water very well for what it is. My only complaint is their charging method and the fact that I cannot seem to contact the company in any way for another charger. It's really a shame because I love this little blender but for less than 30 days unfortunately. Going for the Ninja portable blender this time. Three stars because it worked well in my opinion. I probably could have been more gentle with the charging device and got more life out of it for sure.

It's a nifty little thing sure. I mix my protein shakes with some frozen chopped veggies and fruits in the morning and I'm good to go! Some SMALL frozen ice cubes are ok to use but don't expect large ones to be pulverized to really make a smoothie. I didn't try the bigger cubes because I even had a bit of trouble with the smaller ones. But overall a decent product. When it arrived, I immediately put it on the charger for an hour or two. The light never blinked to indicate it was charging but it turned off briefly and turned back on so I assumed it was charging. First time use was fine. Cleaned it according to the instructions. I was very careful not to get the bottom wet where the button to turn it on was (just out of precaution). Ended up not using it again to 6 weeks later and saw the button was red when I try to power it on. Understandable. Tried to charge it, the light on the charger did the same thing - briefly turn off and on again. Let it charge for 2 hours. My blender is STILL blinking red. Can't return it. Couldn't find a replacement for the charging base. So I've essentially paid $40 for a small drink bottle. Makes me sad.
