I bought this to make my mother laugh, and did she ever! Nessie's head sticking out of the pot was so funny! This is a functionable kitchen tool set that is whimsical and fun. Seems very sturdy, easy to clean. Durability is hard to judge as I have only had it for a short time, but it seems strong enough. A silly (in a good way) addition to my kitchen. And yes, I got my mother one of her own, also!
