How do I choose between GO Regular and GO Small? GO Regular and GO Small offer distinct comfort experiences. Regular has a warm cocoon-like feel and more support. Small is more versatile, cooler and works with over-ear headphones. Both options are recommended for long flights. Can I wear headphones or earphones with GO? GO Small works with in-ear and over-ear headphones. For GO Regular, we recommend in-ear headphones; you may need to adjust the pillow slightly to keep them in place throughout your journey. We do not recommend GO Regular with over-ear headphones. Does GO Neck Pillow feel too warm during use? Warmth depends on how much memory foam surrounds your neck. GO Regular has a fuller, cocoon-like design for a warmer feel, but it allows less airflow and may feel hotter over time. GO Small has less material around the neck, so it feels cooler. Can I wash my GO travel pillow? Yes, the hidden zipper lets you remove the cover from the core. We recommend machine washing the cover in cold water on a delicate cycle. Skip the spin cycle and air-dry it to preserve its softness and shape. Do not machine wash the memory foam core. How do I pack GO in its travel bag and use the closure protector? Do not discard the closure protector; it keeps the hook-and-loop fastener from snagging the cover. Place it over the closure before packing GO. Press the memory foam down and roll the pillow into a compact spiral. Then place it in the travel bag.

I love this pillow! It’s comfortable, soft, and provides good support for my neck, specially during long trips. It’s also very well made and feels like great quality. I chose the black color since I know it can easily get makeup or other marks on it while traveling, but it’s also very easy to clean and wash. I absolutely love this travel pillow! It feels very high-quality and well made, definitely more top of the line than the typical travel pillows I’ve tried. It provides great support and is surprisingly comfortable. My only issue is that it’s a little too large for me. I found a way to position it that works really well and is still quite comfortable, so I’m able to use it, but I would love to see a smaller size option in the future. I think having different sizes would make an already great product work for even more people. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

I'm obsessed with this neck pillow. It holds your head firmly in place, so no more bobbing or tipping to the side when you doze off on a flight or a long car ride. THE BEST TRAVEL PILLOW IVE EVER USED!!! It supports your neck so you can sleep upright. But also lean to side if you want. It’s super soft and memory foam. For years I used the TRTL pillow, but it eventually broke bc it’s just plastic.. additionally the trtl pillow isn’t necessarily comfy, due to being plastic. The ostrich pillow is just as supportive, if not more so, and ridiculously comfy. We are going to Italy this year and was reallly wanting a travel pillow that I would be okay with for 13 hours. It’s absolutely worth the money. It fits nicely in the travel bag it comes with, has a clip to carry on our bag. Love love love this pillow. Absolute most buy!!! Stop trying to buy the cheapest option and get a quality pillow that will last you a long time. If you travel a lot like me, this is a non negotiable.

Helped me sleep through a 15 hour flight but it isn't perfect

TLDR; it's VERY comfortable, but I felt like it could have provided more support. I suffer from insomnia, so it's very difficult for me to sleep on planes. I recently went on a trip that had a 15-hour long direct flight, so I decided it was worth it to splurge on a purchase like this. Overall, I would say it was worth it since I was able to sleep, but since it's such an expensive neck pillow, I thought I would share some of my thoughts. Pros: - The memory foam is sooooo soft. I never wanted to take it off. - I'm not sure if this is actually a feature, but I found it to be quite cooling. - I was able to sleep for the majority of my 15-hour flight and landed as well-rested as I could after flying economy. Cons: - It would have been nice if it was taller, so I wouldn't have had to crane my neck so much (my neck is a little long though, so that may not be an issue for everyone.) - It's asymmetrical, so if you switch which way you lean in your sleep, it can be a little annoying. - I also don't find it to be THAT compact, and it was a little annoying to deal with on that plane. Overall, I really liked it and will use it again, but because of the high price, I'm not sure if I would automatically recommend it to everyone.

Excellent Neck Support, But Headphone Users Beware

I took this neck pillow on a 10-hour international flight, and overall it did exactly what I bought it for. I was able to get about 4 hours of sleep, which is far more than I normally manage on a plane. Most importantly, I didn’t experience any neck pain during or after the flight. The memory foam provides excellent support, and my neck felt great the entire trip. That said, I do agree with other reviewers that it can sometimes feel a little suffocating. It’s a trade-off between getting excellent neck support and still feeling like you have enough room to breathe comfortably. One thing I don’t see mentioned enough is how this pillow works with headphones. If you plan on watching the in-flight entertainment with earbuds or AirPods, it can be frustrating and uncomfortable trying to position your head so the earbuds stay in while your neck is supported. And if you use over-ear noise-canceling headphones like the Sony WH-1000XM4, you can pretty much forget about it—there’s simply not enough room to wear them comfortably with this pillow. Overall, I really like this product for its comfort and the fact that it let me sleep without waking up with neck pain. However, the $70 price tag is steep, and the lack of compatibility with earbuds and over-ear headphones is a significant drawback. If your goal is to sleep on long flights (6+ hours) and you don’t plan on wearing headphones, this is an excellent option. Otherwise, I’d consider looking at other travel pillows. 4/5 stars.

Can't Survive One Stress Test

Don't start throwing travel pillows at me yet - there are some redeemable features here. But first, I bought this for an international trip. Four flights, plenty of train rides, all in the span of about two weeks. For the price and advertised quality, the cover doesn't hold up. After one international trip, mine came back with three 1-inch holes in the removable cover. It's nice that the cover *is* removable and washable; I haven't done so, for fear those holes in the seams will get bigger. Comfort-wise, it's actually great. The wrap-around design keeps the head from moving, and as someone not bequeathed first-class airline seats, this helped mitigate some of the discomfort of sleeping in economy. As a side sleeper, this also works as a nice hack for side sleeping in an actual bed and keeping your neck supported - try it out if you want to get a better ROI on this pillow. One other note about the design: if you're an earbud wearer, the "peaks" of the pillow tend to push up against your ears and push your earbuds out. Wear with caution on a plane -- heaven knows the last thing you want is to wake up and lose a bud under your seat. The travel bag itself is nicely made; if you understand how croissants are made, it fits nicely in the bag. I don't test travel pillows for a living, but in this economy, where every dollar counts, it's disappointing that this pillow, which is near the upper end of the bell curve for travel pillows, has durability issues on its maiden voyage. For the current retail price of 70 USD, I would wait until it goes on sale.
