We don't have a lot of counter space so it was good to find this small slicer. It did a really good job of slicing our homemade bacon to uniform slices. Many of the parts are made out of plastic, so we were a little leery when we first got it but I'm not sure why our previous slicer had to be made out of all stainless steel. The important parts of this one are steel and I think it should last for a long time. They blade assembly is easy to remove, clean and replace on this unit. Most everything else we just cleaned in place and it was no more difficult than our previous slicer to clean.

I like this machine - it works well and does the job desired. The only drawback is that because of all the plastic parts, the setting for thickness easily moves out of adjustment and must be reset repeatedly, depending on what you are cutting. I was cutting an already cooked Round Eye Roast into thin slices. It sliced the meat well, but the more I cut, the slices got thicker, requiring continual monitoring and adjusting. I was slicing a 5lb roast which had been cut into smaller, more manageable chunks. Overall, it performed the slicing function well. It is a reasonable machine for the price. Clean up was not difficult.

My family loves hot pot, but the cost of thin cut pre-sliced lamb and beef are too expensive to have all the time. I came across this product and think with using this machine we could have our favorite meal with costing an arm and a leg, so I decided to give it a try. It is super easy to use and clean. The best thing is you can choose different thickness based on what you want. Now we could enjoy thin slices meat for hot pot and thicker slices for BBQ. What a great little helper to have at home.

This electric slicer is very small and mobile. It comes with two blades, one of which is a serrated blade that is very easy to cut lamb. Plus, it comes with four suction cups at the bottom, so I don't have to worry about it moving when I use it. Anyway, my mom loves it.
