it's exactly what it is, a $20 board. not the best but perfectly skateable. came kind of lopsided but it's easy to adjust. grab some better wheels and it's a totally acceptable beginner/ cheap board.

If you buy this board, you are getting exactly what you paid for. If your rider is just going to Ollie in a parking lot, problem solved. The deck has decent pop, and isn’t as heavy as some department store boards. Beyond that, consider spending more. The paper wrap graphics have pinches and bubbles, the laminate layers of the deck have voids and knots. The bushings on the trucks are garbage and it won’t roll straight until you replace them. The bearings were slooooooooow out of the box. A little mineral oil and they were tolerable. The “manual” is really just there to warn you to avoid doing tricks “not designed for tricks, stunts or aggressive use”. We sunk the $6 into new bushings, and my daughter is pretty happy with it, so it’s not really a bad deal. It’s just not anything really out of the ordinary.

You get what you pay for. The wheels are plastic, doesn't move. We're keeping the skateboard and will be replacing the wheels ASAP

I bought this skateboard because I wanted to learn how to ride and do tricks on it when I started using it the back of the skate board starts peeling and the skateboard always leans and it's not very smooth to ride on.

It's a Christmas gift for my son, he's going to love it. The price was great in case he doesn't get into it seems sturdy so far my husband tried it out. I can't wait to see his face when he opens it!!!

Wheels are turning in different speeds so it doesn't go directly, doesn't matter how much you are putting effort into it. I bought it for my 8 years old son, he was so excited, he would not sleep to make it first. He tried lot and then he got frustrated. I thought he needs just practice but then I realized that there is a problem with wheels, tried the fix it but it is impossible. Returning time past by the way during this time. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Especially for beginners, never buy, it kills their all excitement!

For a beginner the board is great the wheels were not very good so I had to replace them. The paint started chipping the second time I took it out for a ride. Despite the few draw backs the board is still good enough for anyone starting out.

This product was a big disappointment. Purchased as a gift. The wheels are terrible and it dose not roll properly. Skate shop wanted to replace wheels. Described them as cheep. Yup... I got what I paid for. I should have paid more and got a Tony Hawke. A name a grandma knew. The wheels are plastic and really quite dangerous. Picked this one due to cost being reasonable for a beginner kid, but my kid so disappointed so we are going with a better product. We missed return window as we felt we were doing something wrong since we were beginners. But after a professional opinion we knew we were duped. Boo on Osprey....

The skateboard is pretty nice for a beginner. The board itself is sturdy but the wheels are a little sticky. Maybe they need to be broken in but it really has to be propelled hard for it to go more than a few feet on flat ground.

So we purchased this as a practice board for my 8 year old son, and he loves it. The design was perfect, however after riding for just a little bit the paint did start to chip. Other than that he was very happy. Considering it wasn't an expensive board I wasn't expecting it to be the greatest, but if you're looking for a more durable board I would not suggest this.

5 stars for the value. It’s not a hand painted masterpiece with name brand trucks and crazy-fast bearings. It is, however a good looking sturdy board that has a high-quality feel. My 5 yo says it’s “too big” for him (it’s not), but I’ve ridden it several times with my 220lbs and I’m really happy with it. This was one of those “take-a-chance” purchases on Amzn that definitely worked out.
