Man am I excited to have found these pillows!!! They are so incredibly comfortable and I’m very picky due to my neck! They are not too firm but also not too soft! They are just tight! My head and neck are supported and it’s like sleeping on a cloud! ☁️

One side definitely feels cooler, but it doesn't seem to stay cool for long when you are sleeping on it. It does feel nice when you first lay your head on it. When I first got the pillow it was way too full and uncomfortable for me, but just like they advertised, it's very easy to unzip both covers and pull out some of the foam. I was ble to adjust it to where it was just right. I am happy with this purchase. 0n a side note, I was afraid that when I opened up the pillow I might find that the foam didn't look very nice but that was not the case. Everything inside the pillow looked clean and new.

They are firm but still soft. Don't have a smells like some memory foam items. They don't get hot from body heat either. I may take some stuffing out because they are so fluffy.

These pillows had a strong smell when they arrived and it stayed for several weeks after opening the shrink wrap. This was enough to want to return them but I decided to stick with it because I didn’t want the hassle of sending them back and finding something else. Aside from that, they are pretty good. I have bad neck and back pain from sleeping on my side and needed better pillows. I don’t love the side sleeper pillows because I can’t get used to the odd shapes. One of my pillows is more dense than the other which is annoying. It’s decently noticeable so I can really only use one. I do like the thickness, though, and it feels supportive without being too full and straining my neck. Overall it’s a decent pillow I just don’t care for the strong smell and lack of consistency.
