I am pretty picky about pillows. I am a side/stomach sleeper, but I also have an adjustable bed so I sit with it for head support while sitting up slightly often. I love a pillow that is slightly firm but still soft. But not too soft!! But comfy soft. The shredded memory foam makes them the perfect density for me. My ears are a little sensitive at times as a side sleeper and these haven’t ever hurt my ears if I sleep on one side too long. I love love love that they are adjustable. I like a decent amount of support and I was surprised how much I took out. And then I added a Tiny bit back in and they were perfect. I have had them for almost a year and I am buying a second set for my kids because I love them so much. Even after all this time I haven’t needed to adjust or add some back in. (I kept the stuffing I took out in a small vacuum sealed bag just in case.) ... show more

When these pillows were pulled out of the bags they came in, i was in love with them. they squished down slightly and became uncomfortable so I fluffed them up. apparently i fluffed too much as they were so soft and fluffy that they were hard to lay on. it's ok, i took some filling out but then they were a little too soft again. i've messed with these pillows for months and just can't seem to get the same feeling as when i first purchased them. but overall, they're a higher quality pillow than most non-down pillows i've tried. ... show more

I was worried about buying these because I have bought memory foam in the past that gets hard as a rock when it gets cold. These do not. I like to almost sit up when lying on my back. They have helped with my neck and shoulder pain. My daughter recently moved out and wants to take them with her.

These are the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever owned. So worth the price. They definitely need to air out a bit as they do have a slight odor when first removed from the plastic, but 24 hrs after opening they are ready for use! I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and finding a comfortable pillow has been nearly impossible. These give just the perfect amount of support and still aren’t too firm. I read a lot of reviews when I purchase anything these days. The biggest complaint I saw was the smell. The smell is very faint and goes away. If you wash the pillow case before use, it helps. I love the pillows! They stay firm when you need them to and I'm one that gets really hot at night so the cool side of the case is a godsend. I'm sure the foam will Wear out with time like anything else but it's work money ... show more
