While the massage was aggressive at first, over time, it feels much better. The voice control was unintentional triggered by the television too frequently, so that feature has been disabled. The remote is intuitive. This is the second Titan chair we have owned and are very pleased with the purchase.

I researched high end massaging chairs for weeks before purchasing this. I selected this for a few reasons. It's a 3D system (google it), it had a lot of air bags, and the right curve for the roller track. I was weary of buying something so expensive off amazon because I couldn't try it and the reviews about shipping seemed scary. Also, I knew the return process could be problematic if it arrived damaged since it's a 3rd party seller. So, after having a month, here's what I can say. Shipping was mediocre, like other reviewers said, they only bring it inside the front door and the 3rd party logistics company never contacted me to arrange delivery despite emailing me and asking for my phone number. If you buy this, check the amazon tracking details and they'll give you a tracking number for them. It was accurate so I was home. As far as getting in to the final spot, the box was massive and hard to move but the way it's packaged allows you to tear down the box but keep the base. Then from there you can just slide it to the final spot. I'm not a big guy and did it with minimal help. The chair came in pristine condition despite the box having quite a lot of wear and tear. It's really well packaged. Now for the chair itself. GOOD: Large variety of auto programs. It's not loud. It has great pressure all over the body, the materials are high quality, the remote is easy to use, and it just feels great. BAD: Doesn't really get neck area very well. The pressure on lower back is a little much. Every other spot it's perfect but that is somewhat uncomfortable and many in the house feel that way. Overall, well worth the money. ... show more

I would have rated this product as a zero. The chair stopped working after the first week of ownership. Then it took over a month to get a refund for the chair. My sister also purchased the same chair and it broke in 30 days and she is now working with the company and Amazon to get a refund. This is unacceptable! ... show more

    • Chair is good but delivery is not satisfactory

The freight driver left the box in the garage. I've been told that he is not allowed to get the box into the foyer. My garage door was too small so I had to unbox and move it to the front door. It was not an easy move. The chair has rollers for move but was not easy to move over the concrete surface. My wife and I had to lift the heavy chair to get into the front door porch. Expert assembly did not mean the mover unbox the chair and assemble in the site. I had to move and assemble the chair. Make sure you have people to help before you order. However, 3D massage feature is very good. I bought an OSAKI L-track chair from other vendor but was not happy. I am in the process of retiring L-track chair. Compared to L-track, this SL-track works much better particularly for lower back and waist. Voice command feature is good too. Leather needs little update. This chair has all the features of a chair 3 times the price. It's robust... Feels good... Little hard for people that dont love deep tissue but for me its my second chair and i love it. Titan has been great as well

Every time guests come over the chair is a main attraction. I don’t blame them bc I’m in love with it too! Can’t believe it took me so long to get this! Did tons of research on massage chairs and this one got me mainly bc of the Al curve, chair accommodates 5” tall (some aren’t as accommodating for this height), and the calf massager—- along with the high number of massage programs. Still can’t believe it’s priced under $3k. Highly recommend- do your research, I’m confident this will be a top contender. ... show more

    • Needs calibration on the SL Track

The right shoulder airbag didn't work. :( The SL track is very uncomfortable below the hips. It is way too high above the chair cushion around the butt. It so high, it lifts you off the seat a little. We put have to put a pillow in seat so it doesn't hurt so much. The foot rest is very uncomfortable too. It is spring loaded so taller legs can push out the foot rest. But there is no lock on the foot rest position, only spring loaded. So spring is constantly pushing your feet and foot rest back to close normal position. So you can't fully relax your legs if you want to be in the foot rest fully extended ... show more
