The chair is wonderful. The the zero gravity features and adjustable leg settings really allow for you to get in whatever position is comfortable. The heated rollers are great for relaxation and chair really does a great job of adjusting to your body and hitting all the right spots. I had an issue with the chair but the warranty department made it right. It was extremely nice that you could get someone on the phone easily and they were easy to work with. Minor pet peeves: 1) If you have large calves the massage will be very intense. This can be made better by adjusting the massage position. 2) The foot massage is enclosed, this is great b/c it allows for a much better massage but it also means if you have a foot size over mens 13 it might be a bit tight 3). Preset massages names are not very descriptive so it will take experimentation to decide your preference. ... show more

My message chair had a problem on arm airbag and the back roller mech. Osaki sent out brand new part and assigned a technician to come to my house and repaired it. My chair is working like a charm. I would like to give a special thank to the technician - Jeffery Lin. He was able to pinpoint all of the issues and fixed the chair. Very good service. ... show more
