First day of use and this chair and it's multitude of functions is incredible. The massage across the top and bottom of the feet is incredible. The pressure applied to the hands, wrist and forearm is great. It will grab and squeeze the Achilles and heel. The aromatherapy and chromotherapy are both nice. It does not go together easy peazey like you will see in the video but it will go together. You will need two people to move it and put it together. I'm a lot bigger than most people and the base is the heavy part at over 260 lbs. I maneuvered it into the house but had to unbox it to get it through the entry way of my living room. A little time and patience with a willing helper and you should have it together in about 30 minutes...or pay the extra for white glove service which I wished I had done as I moved this beast alone. Takes a lot of time and practice to learn how to operate all of the functions. The pressure is pretty darn strong as I haven't figured out just yet how to adjust. It's fine for me because I like deep tissue massage, my wife however can't handle the low back deep pressure. I own an $800 chair as well and it will be getting shipped to my son as there is no comparison in quality. Update - There was an issue with a zipper when assembling. Called Osaki, a representative stated no problem and shipped a new zipper. He then explained thoroughly how to fix it. Zipper showed up 2 days later and was fixed within 30 seconds.
