It would be decent IF I enjoyed having lightly padded steel plates dig into my humerus bones. The side shoulder bolsters are placed so that it is impossible to get your forearms into the rests without sharp steel plates pressing HARD into your upper arms. Whoever designed/OK'ed that should be fired-it's so obvious it cannot fit a human. The massage itself is just OK, not great. Auto-fit does not work well. With the leg units in shortest position, my feet do not touch the massager (30" inseam) VERY complicated controls with no explanations. Control buttons often do nothing. Control mount is very wonky requiring 2nd hand to hold it still. No butt massage. And it arrived a week late. ... show more
