The built-in programs are incredibly difficult to use. They easily come loose, causing all your hard work on the assembly to go to waste. It’s absolutely terrible because they used the cheapest, lowest-quality screws imaginable. To make things even more frustrating, when I was almost done assembling, I found out there was still a missing part. Oh my God, I was so close to losing it! That’s why it only gets one star from me.

This unit is an upgrade of my older Ortur laser. It’s much quieter and faster than the older unit. I like the more robust frame, which seems to make it more stable and run smoother. I have barely started to learn the other differences to my old one, but I’m looking forward to trying some leather and paper projects.

I can connect it to my phone and use the ORTUR app to control. It's easy and convenient. I’ve engrave MDF and cut black acrylic, and the results look amazing. Thinking about getting an air pump next to make my cutting projects even better.
