I love this laser 20w but now they have released the 40w version which is also switchable to a 20w if needed, only on Ortur website, will be upgrading soon, can’t wait!

Terrible product. My husband wanted to upgrade his current laser. He hooked this up and couldn’t get it to work. Didn’t come with the right plugs. Was unable to get support so he got fed up, removed it and hooked the old Orthur laser back up. Now it won’t work either. Thinks it fried the mother board. We immediately sent it back but we have to wait 30 days for our refund. He wants to purchase a new upgraded laser.
