This binder works by stretching it around your waist and using the velcro at one end to hold that end to the other part of the binder. The velcro holds poorly and sometimes comes apart when inhaling. I have 3 other binders (different colors, same company) and they work well.

This my 3rd time ordering. The 1st time the quality and wear was great and very happy. The 2nd the quality wasn't the same but good enough to wear. But it started to curl after a few months and no way the keep it straight. But I liked the product so I ordered the 3rd. time. The quality is just not there it don't even look like the same product. But I will ware it for now. But in the mean time I will look for another product maker. ... show more
