The speaker is decent. It doesn’t have good base, so if that is what you are after this isn’t the parador you. For better sound you’ll have to spend some money. I bought this for my desk at work and it works just fine for that purpose. I didn’t want an expensive speaker that I would be upset if someone walked off with it. I can’t figure out how to turn the flashing light off. Not sure you can. There are 3 sound settings. It also pairs for phone calls. Overall it’s what you would expect for the price. I was looking for a speaker that could be used in the shower. Originally, I was going to get a model from a known brand that’s nearly 3.5x the price, but then I saw this look-alike. To my delight, it’s also a sound-alike. It’s a bit bass heavy (as are most consumer speakers, so that’s probably not a dealbreaker for most), but it’s not muddy. It also gets plenty loud. Bluetooth connection is solid and I’ve only had to charge it after 15 hours of use across 3 weeks. I’m fully expecting this thing to fail on me sooner rather than later, but sooner could still be more than a year away. Considering all of that, this speaker punches well above its weight-class. I had a $120+ JBL speaker recently die out of the blue on me and was in the market for a replacement. Not wanting to drop a ton of money on something that's going to just sit in my shower, the reviews pointed me to this speaker. For the price, I decided to take a chance and see how it worked out and I couldn't be more pleased with this speaker. The sound is fantastic. Deep bass, and good mids and highs, which surprised me given the price and size. You can toggle pre-installed EQ settings to get it more tuned to your liking, but for me, out of the box sounds fine. This is also a lot lighter than I thought, but doesn't feel cheap at all. It's very sturdy and isn't going to blow over in the wind. Battery life has also been great. I've been using it every day for two weeks now, averaging 15 minutes at a time, and haven't had to charge it. The lights are a fun addition. I don't mind them, but if you don't like them, you can turn them off. Lastly, while I only have one (for now), I can't test the stereo pairing, but just knowing it has that feature, I'm sure it will sound good based on how good this one sounds by itself. If you're looking for a quality bluetooth speaker that can get LOUD, but still sound great, give this a try. Maybe you'll be as surprised as I was. ... show more

I bought this last night and I received the next morning! Just in time. I had to get one because my coworkers are mean to me plus they’re always blasting music so this time I’m ready and I’ll be blasting metal music now. Also as soon as I opened the packaged, I turned it on and it was easy to connect to my phone and I started playing some music right away. The quality of the music is also good! I really recommend it. I replace a pair if $35 Sbode M400 which were everywhere on Amazon when I bought them. They had good sound, but after 1.5 years one stopped charging, but that wasn't a problem since they're always plugged in & used as PC speakers. That same one blew out the drivers, odd because I never push them, and the company is nowhere to be found. On to the review. I ordered these to replace my broken set. They pair easily, with each other & my PC. They sound great, especially better than my previous m400s. Good midrange sound, acceptable highs, and bass is as decent as you would accept for drivers that small. I live in an apartment & have no need to rumble my walls, but I get a good frequency range from the variety of music I listen to. 50s-70s jazz, 70s dance music, Barry White, Donna Summers & Georgio Moroda which can push small speakers to their limits, classic rock, classical music by quartets to orchestras, including pipe organs, & operatic arias. All reproduce to a level that satisfies me, filling my room, without blasting my neighbors. And I never have to push the PC beyond 70% volume, & I think the speakers themselves start at about 75% before I connect. Stereo reproduction is great for movie, )not surround compatible,) and I really can sense tge Soundstage behind the speakersI, hearing that guitar 3/4 to the left, & the upright bass, on the right, behind the rhythm guitar. I never experienced this but with some of the more expensive speakers I've had. I never use the memory card, but a regular tiny SD card works. With no lcd screen I don't know how you'd navigate folders or albums. My previous speakers had fm radio, it would be nice if these did, but I could just stream from a phone outdoors. I'm not interested in the built in lights, but I leave them on as a visual cue, to ensure they didn't auto-power off, which they'll do, unfortunately if you don't play music for a while. I believe the instructions said 10 minutes, but I'm sure it's longer than that. The variable EQ is not a big enough change that I notice. Speakers are nice individually, but paired they're a rocking good set of sub $100 speakers. Not JBL, but worth the purchase. Well worth the upgrade in price, about $80 for the pair. & with quick processing & shipping, Amazon delivered them to my door in about 48 hours. I recommend them for most uses. True Audiophiles, need not apply, but you knew that already. Normal ears will love them. SAFETY NOTE: Do not listen to them at your ears, as shown in the ad, those girls are either deaf or dumb. ... show more

Been using this as a shower/garage speaker for a while now and it's been pretty good! It hasn't really taken too much of a beating, so I can't really comment on the durability. Dosent feel like ittl break if you drop it a few times, but it's not something I'd really trust for any sort of consistent banging around, y'know? Sound quality is pretty good! Don't expect it to beat out audiophile gear, but I'd say that the sound quality is just a bit below that of like a JBL flip 4 or something, The speaker has a couple different preset EQ modes that can help personalize the sound a bit, wish it was more custom but I'm not that pressed about it. Would I recommend it over a JBL Flip 4? No, but if you could get it for $35 on sale like I did? Absolutely quality product at that price point. I got what I payed for and a little more, solid product overall but nothing mind-blowing, especially if you're more used to name brand / studio quality audio equipment, 4/5, would repurchase ... show more
