Works good but leaves a white residue when it dries if you use too much and (unsurprisingly) lots of product buildup- you pretty much have to wash your hair after one use, if you try to use it twice in two days your scalp ends up very itchy!

I like the consistency of it. It feels real good to put on. I thought by having the almond oil, it wouldn't leave a sheen or milky residue on my edges, but it does. I can't explain what the deal is. When I used to buy it at Family Dollar, I never had this issue. Now, I don't want to use it.

I didn't like the gel because it was like liquid I use it for my hair and I usually get it at the beauty supply but I recently had spinal and I couldn't get out to the beauty supply that's why I ordered it from you all Amazon but I was scared to use it because when I opened it it honestly you could pour it out of the jar like water like it was completely melted to no return and I let it sit on the table to think it was thicken up or harden up but it wouldn't didn't and I use it for my hair and I was afraid to put it on my hair so I just asked my caregiver will she go to the beauty supply and pick me up a couple of jars and she got it from the beauty supply I was very disappointed in the product I didn't want to send it back because again it's hard for me to mail things off or get things done because I have had spinal surgery so that was money that I truly lost with their company ... show more
