Works as advertised with a few bad caveats. 1) IR settings 2 and 3 just cause the IR laser to blink and strobe for me. So really its one setting. 2) The IR laser is set so that if you are viewing at any distance less than maximin zoom, the illuminator will appear as a white dot in middle of the screen. Pretty useless. To allow for viewing at closer ranges (0-50 yards)I had to make a diy diffuser. Would be nice if this was something they made or built in. 3) lens glass is very poor quality, tons of specs and imperfections, after focusing on a target, the focus will become soft after a few seconds. 4) screen is actually good quality, but even at the lowest setting its pretty bright. Its like hiding in the dark, but with an iphone screen shining on your face. This appears to be a generic version of the Wildguarder Owler1 nightvision. So you can read other reviews there. The software still has the wildguarder watermark.

The ir illuminator is not good ! If you are looking at something 10yrds away, cool but 20-50 is not good. But I guess you get what you pay for.

These are not cheap night vision binoculars, but they live up to the price with their performance. They are well engineered and made of quality material. The view is extraordinary, and the night vision function delivers crystal clear pictures that I have not seen the equal to. I could not be more pleased with this product, as it is also quite user friendly and extremely versatile. I highly recommend this product for any hunter or anyone that just has an interest in being able to see what goes on when the sun goes down.

The ORIPIK-manufactured IR Night Vision Visor is titled as goggles but the size and vision screen is more akin to a visor. This cannot be attached to a rifle or shotgun and is an additional piece of equipment to take in the field. But this device can provide IR capable imagery at night with clear line of sight. This provides white light at night time hours and does not register heat signatures of animals or people. What the device does is to to provide whilte light which outlines the terrain, people, and animals. While viewing the individual can clearly see objects during the dark. It does take a little time to get your eyes adjusted but once you are, items can be identified. The binoculars can be used during broad daylight and has adjustable zoom capabilities either automatically or manually. A strap can be attached to the binoculars or the carrying case itself. It takes 6 x AA batteries which will provide about 6 hours of continued use. There is a memory card to record events or take pictures. The binoculars can record videos as well.
