Our old remote just suddenly quit working, so I bought this to replace it. It worked straight out of the box. My only complaint is that the buttons don’t seem as sensitive as the original remote and sometimes the buttons have to be pressed a few times, before it preforms its function.

It’s a great convenient replacement.. however it’d be nice if we didn’t have to replace the remote for an LG tv. I know a few people with the same tv that has the same issues with their remote. However, this is a review on the Amazon remote replacement and not actually LG so I’ll save my rant for them 😊 overall great product ... show more

I got it as a replacement because my dog chewed on my tv remote and I am about to order another one cause the dog got to it again .. My girls left it out on sofa and that’s how my dog got it both times .. I truly recommend this as a replacement
