The IPod worked well for about two months then…First it began being difficult to turn on. Next, it began showing a message that it needed to be disconnected from iTunes (it wasn’t even connected to iTunes). Finally, it lost all my downloaded music, and when I took the time to reload them all, the next day the same thing happened. Very frustrating to say the least.     • Does not last long...don't waste your money!
Everything was working fine up until today. Now the iPod is stuck on the "Do not disconnect device" screen and nothing I do to manually restart or reset works! I was thrilled to order another one for my mother but now I may cancel that order and return this one unless we can resolve this now!

    • Didn’t work straight from the box
I purchased and was excited even though I knew it was “renewed”. Opened the box (there was no packaging inside). It was covered with protective plastic and did look brand new. I charged overnight but it never would turn on. Returned the next day.
