Everything was working fine up until today. Now the iPod is stuck on the "Do not disconnect device" screen and nothing I do to manually restart or reset works! I was thrilled to order another one for my mother but now I may cancel that order and return this one unless we can resolve this now!

The IPod worked well for about two months then…First it began being difficult to turn on. Next, it began showing a message that it needed to be disconnected from iTunes (it wasn’t even connected to iTunes). Finally, it lost all my downloaded music, and when I took the time to reload them all, the next day the same thing happened. Very frustrating to say the least. I would not recommend this particular iPod. If I could, I would give it zero stars. ... show more
