I am constantly bleaching my hair, and this conditioner makes my hair look and feel incredible! Living in a fairly dry climate wreaks havoc on my already dry locks. The formula seems like it’s too thin to really moisturize and detangle. Don’t let the consistency fool you! It is intensely moisturizing without weighing down my hair. The result is the shiniest, softest hair I’ve had in decades! I know it’s expensive, but a little goes a long way. It spreads throughout hair super easily and immediately detangles. I cannot stop touching my hair and running my hands through my hair because it feels so smooth and healthy!

I’m fast falling in love with Oribe products. As someone who was a loyal Aveda user for over 10 years, switching brands wasn’t something I took lightly—but Oribe has really impressed me so far. I’m still in the process of figuring out which specific line works best for my thick hair, and to be honest, I wish there was some kind of online quiz or guide to help match your hair type and goals to the right products. It can be a little overwhelming with so many amazing options to choose from. That said, every product I’ve tried so far has been high quality, beautifully scented, and leaves my hair feeling soft, nourished, and salon-level polished. Even though I’m still narrowing down my go-to favorites, I’m enjoying the process and really happy with the results so far. If you’re on the fence, I’d say give it a try—especially if you’re looking for a luxe upgrade to your haircare routine

I’ve been using the Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Conditioner together with the shampoo, and overall the quality of the formula is clearly high. The conditioner leaves my hair soft, smooth, and noticeably more manageable. After rinsing, my hair feels nourished and looks healthier, with less frizz and better shine. It works well for damaged or dry hair and does not leave a heavy or greasy residue. However, there are two points worth mentioning for potential buyers. First, the texture. The conditioner is quite liquid for a product in this price range. Because of that, it doesn’t spread as easily as I would expect from a luxury conditioner, and I find myself using more product than usual to coat my hair evenly. A slightly thicker consistency would make application easier, more controlled, and more economical. The formula itself is good, but the texture makes it feel less indulgent than expected. Second, the packaging condition upon arrival. Unfortunately, the box arrived damaged, with bent and crushed edges. While the product inside was intact, this significantly affected the overall experience. When purchasing a premium item, packaging and presentation matter. This conditioner is clearly positioned as a luxury product, and receiving it in damaged packaging takes away from that experience. It would also be disappointing if the product were intended as a gift. In summary, I am happy with how the conditioner performs on my hair and appreciate the results it gives. That said, I would love to see improvement in two areas: a slightly thicker consistency for easier application, and more careful handling and packaging during shipping. For a product at this price point, these details make a real difference.
