Just got a brand new Dell Inspirion 15 and needed to add more memory and another SSD. Wasted time and money buying a small cheap set of screw drivers in the little brittle plastic case that breaks right away and falls apart at the hinges. Well, none of those fit as they are horribly made or are not small enough. I then got this, WOW! IF I was to use one word it would be Ultimate Quality, okay thats 2 words but still...This had phillips head from 0000 size and up, I needed a 00 and 0 and the fit perfectly, I could actually see the well made fins on even the tiniest bit. The bargain brand set I could barely even feel them. The pouch roll this comes with is fantastic, it wont break or pop open or allow anything else to destroy my set, even that roll is super high quality, the material, the stitching, the construction, everything about this set, the materials, the components, the pouch, someone put alot of time into thinking about it. Like the person who designed this was the one who was going to use it. It includes a little rubber mat with a graph paper like lines on it, I thought it was silly then realized it was a flexible magnet mat for you to put your screws on so they dont get lost and put them down in the shape of where they go back. I have only had it a few weeks and dont really know what Im doing with electronics but I do like to fix things or at least try. I bought this to fix my Kindle Fire HDXs 7in. and 8.9 in. I had a different plastic kit to open stuff but needed the torx bits for the small screws. I was pretty impressed with everything it came with, nice to have doubles of common used bits and the plastic openers were better than what I had. I loved the plastic triangles they were a lot thinner than what I had & made removing the bezel off the 7 in. so much easier. I like that the case has a carrying handle and is not breakable and everything is supper easy to get to and put back. The labels are easy to read and find bits quickly and they are clearly engraved to match them up when putting back. The screw driver part is comfortable to grip and turn and sturdy enough to make removing the screws pretty easy. Love that it can extend longer or shorter with easy. I needed a T5 torques bit to fix my laptop and this set was perfect! I wanted to pick up something that was going to be more useful in the long run, which is why I ended up going with this full set rather than just a T5 bit. I'm really happy that I did this. I can see this toolset coming in handy many times in the future. The set feels really nice, the case is put together well and the tools inside seems to be in pretty good shape. I will say though, I feel like if you had something that was being a pain, you might end up stripping the heads before stripping the screw itself, but I guess that comes with the money you pay., Overall, pretty happy with everything for the amount of money paid. ... show more

1. None of the flat blades are thin enough for any watch screws (I tried them on several of my watches. Why? Because a) The blades are too thick and b) poorly machines. 2. Did I mention poorly machined? One would think that with this many parts, that one of them would fit precisely into say, a Philips screw. Nope. None of them precisely matches either my higher-end Made in Switzerland or Japan or (gasp! - China). Ditto my 1880's Waltham pocket watches made 100% in the USA. Over "140" pieces does NOT MAKE UP for low quality and poor design. ... show more

One of the CR-V PH0000 tip partially broke but thankfully, it happened on the last screw of 10 screws so we were able to open up our device to give it a good cleaning. We were able to use a second (more than 1 is thankfully included in the kit) to close it up. We especially like that we can magnetize and demagnetize the tips to grab screws that got away. The only thing that I would want added is a anti-static wrist strap since the case would have a spot perfectly designed to hold it in place. ... show more

I have always wanted to get a kit like this, and needing to do some minor repairs on my wife's MacBook Air gave me the excuse. For the price, I am impressed with the quality and variety of bits, and the inclusion of spudgers and other tools for phone and tablet repair is a bonus. I can't speak about durability because I'm only going to use this kit sporadically. I need a good toolset to take apart a XBOXOne controller and a Pixel 3. So far I have disassembled the controller and the tools worked perfectly.
