Beet Juice is a good ingredient in your pre-workout and for drinking during, and after your workout. It increases blood flow through vasodilation through NO2 production. Unlike commercial pre-workout drinks, it does not cause the jitters, or other adverse side effects. I mix with creatine monohydrate, cinnamon, dried Chong kuk jang (Korean form of Natto), beta-alanine, dried ginger powder (from Trader Joe's),diet sliced tea with lemon. I squeeze i the juice of a lemon and a lime. After the workout I drink an IsoPure.

too soon to tell, but i can say that when i added it to greek yogurt and wrinkled my nose, forcing myself to eat it... it was f'ing GOOD. now i look forward to my 1/4 cup yogurt with this mixed in. i now prefer my yogurt with it versus without, to be honest. it's so tasty that i'm skeptical it's actually going to work, but at least it's easier to stick to than the pile of horse pill supplements i choke down every damn day. also the two pound bag is huge - i guess i should've realized how big two pounds would be, but i'll say i was pleasantly surprised when it arrived, after blanching a little at the cost.

Found no problem, taste like beet scoop was missing. Not as sweet as real beet but add a little juice to it and comes out perfect. put powder in a large Mason jar or container Solve the problem of getting it out of the bag.

Raw Organic Beet Powder is a key product to include for one's well being and health. I mix with Collegan, Yogurt and Almond Milk. NO OFF TASTE. Easy to consume. I fix a glass of this product and take my supplements. A good routine like this is a solid recommendation. JUST be easy on the Beet Powder from the container. Its is RED BEET Powder - I dropped a few teaspoons of it on my white shirt - and oh gads, it was then a red patch of beet ----so be easy. You will get used to it.

Using my hand for reference. Definitely has an earthy taste if you’re not mixing it into something. Also, if you mix it into a smoothie depending on how much you use it’ll still be a little earthy. As you can see from the picture, the size is amazing especially for the price.

I believe I’ve had this brand beet powder before in a smaller package. I loved it and was happy to find it in a larger package as I drink it daily. I wont share the many times I have peeled raw beets and staining kitchen utensils trying to make smoothies, but I’m sure glad the powder is my option now. I have had incredible results from using this powder in just a couple of days with both blood pressure and glucose readings. This product is truly marvelous and I can’t wait to see more good results in the weeks to come.
