Just received and installed today. Very heavy and nice looking with a heavy-duty hitch pin, and I love that it has a hook. Fits my 2" receiver perfectly. This replaces my original hitch which was stolen so I will be using a locking pin.

Looks awesome and functions great. I bought this for my trailer rental company. It makes it a lot easier to switch ball size fast and easy and the hook is a good touch that I haven't used yet, but I'm sure I will.

The chrome and black paint are very shiny. I'm impressed with the astetics. I'm leaving it in the sleeve with the hook on top to help stop tailgaters. And yes, pulled at 28' cargo trailer with the 2 5/16" ball - it worked great.

Nice and heavy duty. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Only issue was the packaging, it was shipped in a thin cardboard box. And during shipping the hitch put a hole in the box and somewhere along the way the pin feel out.

I really like having four tools in one. The only gripe I have after pulling a boat was there was a little play in the receiver area. Still it performs well enough that I am satisfied with it. The long term use will show if the nice finish will hold up. It is finished very nicely.
