This well made product was easy to assemble, very strong and secure, and gives better bounce than our old (and worn out) 15' 96-spring tramp did. (Always bad when you land and go through a worn out matt). We didn't put up the safety netting since only adults are using it and we know our dogs would destroy it anyway (they like to sun themselves up there, go figure). This trampoline is great. We have had it for about a week now. First of all, we got the 16ft and it came in three boxes with two deliveries. When we got the first two boxes I began assembling it. From what I could tell, it looked as if the 3rd box we had not yet received may have just been the safety net. Once I got to installing the springs, I only had 30 in the first shipment. So you will not be able to even jump on it after the first two boxes. The next day we recieved the last box and it had the safety net along with the rest of the springs. I believe it was a total of 120? I don't remember at the moment. It was fairly easy to put together. Take note that not all leg extensions have holes and this is very important when it comes to installing the net. Otherwise you will have to swap the extensions around when you are trying to install the net. Ask me how I know? Lol. The safety net was probably the toughest area for me. I could not get the Styrofoam to feed into the sleeves along with the pole. It could have been the heat causing it to be too sticky but it fought me every step of the way. I believe they should maybe shrink the foam girth a little bit or enlarge the sleeves. In the end I just left the foam out and it turned out good. And for anyone looking to purchase this trampoline, you should definitely purchase the cork screw anchors as well. It was pretty windy after I completed the trampoline and with the anchors, it didn't even try to budge. I know the rules says that you should only have 1 person on the trampoline at a time but we all couldn't resist. We had two adults and a child on it and it held up just great. Overall a little pricey but I'm all about quality and I think we got what we paid for.

After lots of research and reading many reviews i decided to go with the 12ft trampoline from ORCC. A big factor was the fact that it has a max capacity of 400lbs where most others are only rated for 300lbs. I wanted to be sure this wasn't going to collapse with all 3 of my kids in it at the same time. Everything is very sturdy and assembly is basically dummie proof. It took me (female) exactly 90 minutes, starting with opening boxes and laying all components out in the yard. This can easily be assembled by one person. I simply needed to recruit my 9y old daugter to hold sections of the frame in an upright position so i could slide all components together in place. Easy as that. The kids have been in it all afternoon and enjoy it tremendously. Thumbs up from this momma UPDATE - 02/04/2021: Well, i am not impressed at all. We have had our trampoline for 14 days and it is falling apart. UPDATE #2 - 03/01/2021: I was contacted by the manufacturer who apologized for the faulty jump mat. There must have been an error which resulted in the ripped loop. A new may arrived in the mail just a few days later and i couldn't be happier. Thank you for outstanding customer service.

The trampoline arrived quickly and came in three different boxes. We got the version with the net on the inside of the springs because we didn't want the kids to be jumping on the springs. The quality seems really good and it works great. The net is sturdy and seems like it will hold up well. It also came with stakes so you're trampoline doesn't blow away with heavy wind. The ladder is also really nice because it's fairly high up. Overall, after setup I would give the trampoline itself five stars. However, I had to take off one star for the setup. Surprisingly the parts of the installation that gave me trouble were not things I was expecting. Normally the hardest part is attaching the springs but that was actually really easy with the tools and gloves they provided. The parts that were really hard was putting the frame together and the net ring. Since the frame fits perfectly as a circle it was hard to get that last piece in and there's not a lot of wiggle room shift it. Surprisingly, the hardest part was putting the net frame together. It comes with fiberglass poles, exactly like a tent pole, that you connect together and loop through the top of the net. This was extremely hard to do and took us multiple tries and a lot of frustration. It doesn't slide easily through the material and aligning it up perfectly between the gaps was extremely hard. If it didn't align right you can't slide it or shift so you have to start over. Since it fits perfectly together as a circle it was extremely hard to get the last piece in by only using a lot of strength and I definitely scraped the siding off of the poles doing it. The directions weren't extremely helpful in figuring this out either. The ladder was also a little bit confusing and the instructions were not extremely helpful on figuring it out how to assemble. Lastly, the directions were missing the instructions for how to attach the bottom of the net to the trampoline trampoline. I had to write customer service and they emailed me the picture of missing page. The manual also is the same for three different versions of this each set of three steps are put together so it can get confusing as you accidentally start looking at the wrong version as you go along. They could definitely use some work fixing up their manual by making a separate manual for each different version, putting in some color, adding in missing instruction pages, and making it clearer. If you can get through set up and don't mind not perfect directions then I would highly recommend this trampoline as the quality and design of it is perfect.

We are very happy with this trampoline!! We received two boxes of parts and very quickly realized we were missing a box. I emailed customer service and got a quick response that provided information showing that the third box was in transit. Sure enough, the very next day it arrived! With the help of 4 boys (8-11 year olds) we were able to assemble the whole thing in an hour and 45 minutes. It came together beautifully! The kids have had SO MUCH FUN bouncing!! I read many many reviews of trampolines and chose this one. It is the top rated trampoline on Amazon and we can see why! The trampoline is easy to assemble (just follow the directions) and the customer service is fantastic!! We are very happy with the quality of our 16ft ORCC trampoline!!! We HIGHLY recommend it!!!
