First, let me start by saying I paid the full Amazon price for this item and have been in no way encourage or enticed to leave feedback. Am am floored by the qualify/price of this trampoline as well as the service. We received this trampoline the first week of July. Assembly was simple but there were a few tricky parts, like sliding the poles into the netting without the foam shifting, but nothing too terrible that we couldn't figure out. It took maybe 2 hours total to install with 2 of us. The kids, of course, loved it immediately. I liked the higher weight limit than most other similar trampolines and the kids like that the netting is on the outside of the padding so they get a little extra room. We got the 15 foot one and it's huge. Plenty of room! They put the sprinkler under it and jump in the water, the take their nerf guns in there...hours of fun. On July 22, just a few weeks after we got this thing, tragedy struck in the form of a microburst. Not really tragedy in the grand scheme of things of course, but the better part of a tree ended up wanting a go on the trampoline too! I guess it got tired of watching and wanted a turn. This was an insane storm, even by Kansas standards, which resulted in others' trampolines crushed like tinfoil all over the roads, a fire hydrant ripped out of the ground on our street, and a large round hay bale flying over a fence! Amazingly, we pulled the tree off to find a minimally injured trampoline! The frame was perfect, and not a single tear or snag in the jumping surface or netting! The only damage was that three of the netting poles got bent. I contacted the seller, who has bent over backwards to get us new poles. I mean, literally, they have provided the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced. So in summary, the trampoline is awesome. We were 5-star happy on day 1. And now, following its survival through that storm and resulting customer service to get it fixed, we're at like 10 stars! I've never been as happy with an Amazon purchase as I am this one!

This trampoline feels very solid and well-built. The frame is heavy-duty, and the jumping surface is tight and responsive without feeling flimsy. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions, and once set up, it stays stable even with active use. The safety net and padding are secure and give extra peace of mind. Ive had this a few months and its been nothing short of great. I purchased 4 16in anchors to hold it down and as you can see they failed today. Im writing this because I cant believe it traveled over two miles, across 2 roads and a corn field and was still standing. Yes its missing a leg and one's pretty tore up but the other 2 are fine and the round frame isnt damaged at all. The net is somehow not torn anywhere either. It is a very sturdy piece of equipment! After this, id definitely recommend. I plan to reach out and hopefully im able to get some replacement parts. Overall I have to say its a quality trampoline.

This trampoline is awesome and a great new addition to our backyard. The kids love it and it seems tough and sturdy. The zipper has already fallen off and we have had it for about 3 weeks. So that’s a bummer. The stairs are kind of slanted weird so it’s tricky using them. But we love the trampoline!

Easy to put together and my kids love this thing. My husband thought it would be hard to put together but after he read the instructions when putting the springs in he kicked himself for not reading it sooner. Don’t forget to make sure to ground them well. We learned our lesson, we had a bad storm and the wind took hold of ours and bent it over a fence and I was devastated since it was barely 5 months after purchase. I reached out to customer service knowing full well this was our fault and not theirs. So I asked if we could purchase parts to fix our trampoline. Milka from customer service reached back out and and assisted me in the process and got the parts we needed and shipped out so quickly! We are ecstatic to get it back together soon so my kiddos can go back to having fun. Thank you Milka for your assistance in our quest to get back to jumping.

Good quality, but man is the safety net a pain to install. Our last trampoline safety net had slots that looped through the spring attachment points. I assumed that was industry standard. Boy was I wrong. I spent 2 hours weaving and tying this safety net to the spring points on this trampoline. Such a hassle. No other reviews I saw mentioned that or I would have gotten a different trampoline. Otherwise quality is fine and kids seem to enjoy it, but what should have been a 30-45 min assembly turned into a 3 hr finger numbing nightmare…

Product came in two boxes. The seller did contact us to let us know. All components were there and not hard to put together. We did use some power tools to make it go faster. Took is about 2hrs total for complete setup. Kids love it and husband has even joined them as well. So far we highly recommend 😊
