Ordered this trampoline thinking the quality would be better than the similar options on the market. It was priced at $400 with free prime shipping. Disappointed in the overall quality. I do like that the net is on thre outside of ther blue pad. My younger child can sit and watch the older child bounce without getting off. It took us almost 4 hours to put together. The net does not fully close or remain close while jumping. The blue pad ties that hold it to the trampoline started pulling off just 3 days after original assembly. The way that the safety net attaches to the trampoline base is a real pain to attach, I'd estimate it took us 1.5 hours just to do this part. We normally take our trampolines down during the winter and I don't look forward to trying to do this at all. This trampoline comes with a cover, which I thought would be amazing to protect it. We live in a state where the weather can be super sunny then snow the next day. I thought we could put the cover on to protect it on these random days, but now don't feel it was worth any extra money because taking the safety enclosure down to put it on will take so much time. We previously purchased a Jump King trampoline for $250. I feel this Overwhelming brand is similar quality, just way more expensive, with the exception of the way the safety net attaches to the trampoline. Jump king is WAY easier as their poles just push down into a welded holder. This trampoline has nuts, bolts, washer, and spacer that must be screwed on to each individual pole twice. The net and pad is no stronger, thicker or better built than the jump king model. Overall so disappointed and contacted Overwhelming customer service. I will update this review with their response, especially to the issue with the pad breaking so quickly and zipper issues. UPDATE- I did receive prompt response from customer service. They did replace the blue pad immediately. After a few communications we couldn't understand each other about the zipper issue but they did attempt to address it. Overall I believe it's just a flaw in design. If you move the clips near the zipper inside the ladder rungs after you put the ladder on, it closes better but still not completely.

We bought this trampoline after a storm destroyed our old one. We chose this model because it had a higher weight limit than a lot of other models and seemed more robust. Anyway, it did not disappoint. Even the safety net seems to be of higher quality than some other models we have used int he past. The basketball hoop seems kinda junky but that is ok since we will never use it. Definitely worth t he extra money to get the 15 footer.

My 3 kids love this trampoline. It's plenty big enough for my oldest and even my 2 year old can get on and off with ease thanks to the ladder. I can drag it around the yard by myself and the frame does not bend or warp, it's solid. The springs were VERY easy to put on compared to past trampolines I have put together. They are a bit longer and you can feel it in the bounce. My only real gripe is the tiny wingnuts used to hold the safety net on. It seems like they will need regular tightening and they are brutal on your fingers.

Well if I could give this 10 stars I would! We have 10 grandchildren, and 9 are old enough to enjoy this, many at same time. Itโs kept the children occupied from early morning to the dark of evening. We r just thrilled we spent the money to buy this, because it was not cheap, but was worth every dollar!
