Installation took 20 minutes and half that was unwrapping ( hardest part) and reading instructions. I not sure how instructions could been any clearer. No leaks, operates very quietly. Construction was excellent and sturdy. I installed this by my self. I was little worried about spraying cold water on my butt, but was non issue when tried it. Now i am male so i judging it spraying it in one area. Since the spray is adjustable I THINK a woman would have no issues. Highly recommend buy it. Having the seat and sprayer in one unit is way to go.

We recently purchased and installed the GenieBidget in our household to replace a slow-close toilet seat that had a defect. We already had bidet attachments from another brand equipped on several of our other toilet seats (when the other vendor was installed, quality non-electric bidet 'all-in-one' did not exist) and I was interested in finding something with a cleaner look versus buying a wooden toilet-seat with an add-on. After researching multiple brands, I found that reviews for the GenieBidet were consistently better on average than the more common household names. The GenieBidet also included a T adapter (this is a must in my opinion for anyone installing a bidet) so cost-wise this was a much better value. The slow-close feature works when both opening and closing, the water pressure is adjustable, and the design of the shield/nozzles is a much better design than the other brand we utilize (easier to clean, shields better, tucks away better). The installation was easy and straightforward. This is well worth the money

I purchased this Bidet to replace my Luxe Neo which had served me well for 3 years and finally stopped working. Though this is twice the price, I like the design. Low profile seat and NO control arm sticking out. And the soft close is a nice feature. Fits pertfectly on my round toilet. Instalation was pretty straight forward for me. Though I did experince some slight leakage in the connection to the T-connector. I removed and added Teflon plumbers tape to the connections and fine now. I like that it's easy to clean around the seat, compared to the Luxe bar that attached under the seat. One of the main reasons I went with this design. Seat is comfortable and sprays work fine. Me only concern is the duribilty, this being a "Plastic" seat. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I certainly wouldn't sit on the top of the closed seat. My old seat was wood and very sturdy.

This non-electric bidet works well and is easy to operate. It is limited to using the water temperature of the cold water in the home which in some cases can be chilly. It also operates whether there is someone sitting on the seat or not so water can spray into the room if someone is not sitting to block it. There is a convenient water shut off which prevents accidental spray into the room should a child play with it. While it does not have many of the features of electric bidets, it is a good value for the cost and ease of function.

Very easy to install, it took me 15 minutes. No leaks, sturdy, slow close is a nice plus and looks very discreet. Great value for the money, especially now that I'll be saving money on buying wipes going forward. Looking forward to installing them in the other two bathrooms!
