Great trampoline, and fantastic customer service from the seller! This was purchased as a Christmas present for my young kids, and they've absolutely loved it. They play on it daily, and it definitely helps them get their energy out. It was easy to assemble, feels very sturdy, and has nice safety features like the pad over the springs and tall supported net around the edge. The only issue that came up was that one of the support bars for the net seemed to be bent and ended up breaking at the bend. I contacted the seller, and they quickly and easily sent a replacement part that was exactly what I needed. No charge for the replacement part, and it was shipped very quickly. Have to appreciate customer service like that!

This trampoline (15ft) arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. I assembled it with my 8 year old, 7 year old, and 4 year old in an afternoon. It is very sturdy and the net on the inside of the springs is about as safe as you can get. The trampoline keeps my kids outside and exercising. This was something I purchased to keep them busy during the pandemic. They can’t wait to jump any chance they get. Unfortunately, the day after we assembled this, my 3 beagles climbed the ladder and chewed up the pad covering the springs as well as a few of the blue noodles covering the outside frame. This was obviously our issue, and I contacted the seller to see about purchasing replacement parts. The seller returned my messages immediately. Jenna was polite and helpful. She mailed us the replacement parts right away valued at $140 for free! Needless to say, I took the ladder off, and now the dogs are unable to tear up the trampoline, and the kids are still able to climb up to jump without it. I highly recommend this trampoline as well as buying from this seller for the incredible customer service.

Update: 2 years later and the bolts holding up the net bent and busted. I contacted to company to order replacements, fully intending on paying for them. The seller was kind, very responsive, and sent the replacements to us free of charge! Made a great decision 2 years ago to purchase this awesome trampoline that the kids still use on a daily basis. You can’t beat the customer service. I bought the 15 foot trampoline for my kids (age 14 and 11) and they love it! It took my husband and kids about 2.5 hours to set up. I've heard horror stories about how hard trampolines are to set up, but this one was very easy! It came in 3 boxes. It included gloves and 2 spring key tools to make putting the springs on a piece of cake. My kids LOVE it. Highly recommend.

The good: Steel tubing is sturdy, trampoline surface seems sturdy with good stitching, extra springs compared to similar sized trampolines, seems larger than our last 15' trampoline, safety netting seems like it will hold up well. I believe that is can hold a higher weight limit than other trampolines. The bad: Same problems as other trampolines: Cheap foam on the vertical tubing that supports the net, elastic ties on the spring pad that won't last long, tube steps on the ladder doesn't go well with bare feet, less-than-wonderful instructions (same as other trampolines to construct, but if you haven't built one before watch a youtube video - especially on stringing the bottom of the safety net). I was bummed at first that the net support tubing is only every other post rather than every post as shown in the picture. Didn't end up being a big deal in the end, but felt the picture is misleading. All in all I'd buy it again. More sturdy than a comparable walmart offering as far as tubing, safety net, springs. We buy a new one every 4-5 years, so I think it will survive that window.

We ordered this trampoline for my kids. We were aware that it was being shipped in 3 separate boxes. When we recieved the shipping notification we tracked all the boxes but the third one somehow turned up missing. I messaged the seller and the response was quick and the resolution even quicker. Not only did they reship the missing box, they even tracked it for me and kept me up to date via email. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure that their customer was happy. I wish more companies had customer service like this. Top notch and I highly recommend. Also, the trampoline is great. Sturdy and easy to set up. The directions are clearly written with pictures for reference. Only took about an hour and half to set up from start to finish. My kids love it!

Now, it’s perfect: sturdy build, great bounce and the enclosure keeps my grandkids safe and bouncing nonstop! They have been laughing and begging for more turns when they come over to jump!
