Trampoline was ordered on Friday and came a day early. 4 large boxes. I planned the intire day for assembly, it took me 3 1/2 hours start to finish and I assembled the trampoline completely myself. It would have been helpful to have another person when the frame was all together because some of the joints wanted to loosen and come apart. As soon as I started attaching the matt, the frame then stayed solid. Securing the matt was a little time consuming, but I expected that with a 15 foot model. The thickness of the matt is impressive. One of the best surprises with this model was I needed no tools at all until the ladder assembly. It was effortless thanks to the spring button assembly. Attaching the netting was easy, I didn't understand what the instructions were saying about how to use the bungy cords, but it is attached and stays in place. The instructions for the basketball hoop was also confusing. It came with a water sprinkler that attaches with velcro and anchor rods. This trampoline gets a 5 star mostly due to how easy it was to assemble and I needed no tools! My grandkids are having a blast and I look forward to keeping this for many years to come.

Easy to put together and my kids love this thing. My husband thought it would be hard to put together but after he read the instructions when putting the springs in he kicked himself for not reading it sooner. Don’t forget to make sure to ground them well. We learned our lesson, we had a bad storm and the wind took hold of ours and bent it over a fence and I was devastated since it was barely 5 months after purchase. I reached out to customer service knowing full well this was our fault and not theirs. So I asked if we could purchase parts to fix our trampoline. Milka from customer service reached back out and and assisted me in the process and got the parts we needed and shipped out so quickly! We are ecstatic to get it back together soon so my kiddos can go back to having fun. Thank you Milka for your assistance in our quest to get back to jumping.
