I got this to take the chill out of an outdoor pool in the winter here in California. I had a 2mm wetsuit top but it cramped my shoulders doing the crawl for any length of time. I'm 180 lbs and 6' tall and got a L. It fits great but it's so stretchy that cold water flushes in and out of the suit so for me it was not so great. I imagine as a 1/2 mm base layer under another wet suit it's great however. It's very well made, but doesn't work for what I wanted. ... show more
