Bought this for a friend who wants to test for his HVAC license. The binding is pulling away from the rest of the book. The quality of the writing may be good, but I don't know about that. I just know that it was defective, but the packaging was fine. If he hadn't been in a hurry to start to use it, I would have returned it for a replacement. ... show more
