I narrowed my search to this and a condor pouch. this one holds some stuff, but when you start adding in small notebooks, calculators, things of that nature, it gets full Fast. Mine contains 3 gel pens, 3 pen size highlighters, 1 sharpie, 1 spiral note pad, 1 Casio calculator, 1 stop watch, a L.O.T.O key, 2 very small flat knife sharpeners. Thats all inside. I now need to find room for 2 AA batteries and a mask (front mesh pocket). This one holds a good bit. If you keep anything in the rear Pockets of this thing when you close it will look and be stuffed full.

Really like the pouch, but pay careful attention to the size of the item. It was a lot thinner than I expected. Still useful, but in a different way than originally intended. Would prefer the inside pockets zip or somehow close, but not a big issue. Overall, great item.

That was then, this is now - 25 months later: I purchased the Coyote Orca Tactical MOLLE Gadget EDC Utility Pocket Pouch Organizer Bag on March 4, 2018. During that time, it has had one job: hold my G26 and a spare mag - all safely indoors, under a couch that sits atop a a very pretty rug. The Orca Organizer just remains there protecting my Glock, day after day, waiting for a bad guy to make an unannounced visit. Once a month, I slide the Orca out to admire Gaston Glock’s genius and to run a light coat of Ballistol over the subcompact. That totals about twenty-five, two-foot slides across an oriental rug over a two-year period. A pretty demanding tactical assignment! During that time, one of the belt loops just dropped off. Not long thereafter, a section of Molle webbing also decided to go AWOL. Not to be outdone, an interior pocket began to let go - introducing further failure to the difficult mission. Meanwhile, my same age Maxpedition Organizer (approximately the same size as the Orca) that is doing daily work (under car seat; thrown on the floorboards of my inflatable; in and out of every backpack I own and took a hard tumble off a second-story balcony) looks as good as the day I bought it. ___________ For me, this is the perfect utility pouch. It is very nicely constructed and the dimensions are ideal for what I carry. Normally, a pouch this size would be quite a bit thicker. In my way of thinking, this just adds unwanted bulk. Nice touches all the way around: well sown; the elastic accessory slots are varied in size and actually fit the stuff I use. It is tough and up to the task, without being overly built. After putting it through a few initial trials, the Black was such a great value and strong performer that I ordered another in Coyote Brown!

I love the organizational pouches and slots for my gear. I wish they added another section for bigger items like a power bank. I really don't have any complaints about this pouch.

I am not paid to write this review, nor am I affiliated with this brand. I work in IT and an occasional outdoor enthusiast, so I have no need to edc any firearms. Therefore, I am unable to speak on the carry ability for fire arm related edc in this particular case. What I will say is wow, what a sturdy EDC case for the basic necessities. Better yet, it is Molle compatible so you can strap this EDC case directly to your tactical pack, Or strap the case to your belt if you need.
