It is nice and working but the only problem i have is the charger, i cant use it here in the philippines since we are using 220v power and the charger is only for US use 110-130v. Seller should have put all the neccessary description especially the power voltage since they are selling it globally. Other than that everything is good. I was looking for a sensitive electric toothbrush and this one is great! Regular electric toothbrushes feel like they are beating my teeth and cause severed sensitivity. I love this one. Great price and very well made.

    • The machine is fine and works well, but it is limited by design and intent.
The iO series from Oral B tends to be known as their premium line, and the iO2 is the low end of that line, and as such, not only has the fewest features of any in the series, but seems to be fundimentally different from the rest of the line. While the majority of the iO line is designed for people who want a strong, "professional" type device, the iO2, is significantly gentler and seems to be designed for those who are more used to manual brushing and are looking to transition to electric more gradually. That is not to say it is bad, by any means, it is soild, consistant and I've been quite happy with the results, the iO line does justify its reputation, but like all Oral-B, this one has some proprietary tech, so no generic USB charging, the heads are not generic, and the machine came with one only, and the battery life (based on a 4 minute brushing) is shorter than many in this range. I will kick this review off by stating that I think this iO Series 2 toothbrush is overpriced - you are likely paying more for the limited edition/color. This toothbrush is interesting - it appears to use a magnetic driver rather than a vibrating prong found on the majority of electric toothbrushes. This means that you need special toothbrush heads and the previous style of heads will NOT work (or even fit) on this model. But this one comes with exactly ONE toothbrush head which I think is not good value for the price. It's good with battery life, and I found the cleaning to be excellent - maybe the best of any electric toothbrush that I have ever tried. You are paying for that quality, however. You need a dedicated charger base (rather than charging via something universal, like USB C), also included. Charging is reasonable in terms of time, and mine came charged already. There are various settings and you can pretty easily change the default (but have to follow the included instructions since there is only one button). The timer is a nice feature. This model also includes a warning for using too much pressure when brushing - that would be handy, but it consists of only a red light on the button, which in my case was mostly covered up by my thumb when I was using it to brush my teeth. Unless you are in front of a mirror while brushing and maybe even looking for it, you could easily miss that red light pressure warning. I have some concerns about longevity - not because it isn't well-made or sturdy (it is both), but because when rinsing I think water could eventually get into the magnetic driver mechanism at the top of the toothbrush, and I'm guessing that would not be good for it. I am also guessing that not many people would be inclined to regularly turn this thing upside down to let it drain if that happened. I’m honestly very disappointed with this product. It arrived covered in dust, which is completely unacceptable and frankly disgusting. It made me question the hygiene standards and overall quality control. Receiving something in this condition feels careless and unprofessional. The whole experience was unpleasant from the moment I opened the package. Definitely not what I expected — the product is in terrible shape and I would not recommend it. ... show more
