This Scrambler 100 ebike is our first ebike. My husband is not a typical online shopper and was just looking at ebikes in general as a Christmas gift, and accidentally ordered this lol! Ok! So we just went with it because it looked good and the price was right! We got the standard Magic Gray model because that was what he was looking at. (Had I had a choice, I would've chosen/added fenders with rear rack model, but more on that later!) Out of the box, it was well cushioned, packaged extremely well, and immaculate! The first thing we noticed after it was cleared of packaging was the heaviness of the bike, like this machine is going to be very durable. The paint job is so wonderful, what a sheen it has on the Magic Gray!! 🤩 It was quick to assemble and according to the manual we charged the battery as directed. It only took 3-4 hours which on other brands we have seen it taking a much longer charge time. We took it on a little test run, and it was powerful, yet quiet. The seat is super comfortable. As soon as you peddle it will kick right in! Hang on!! Lol! I'm sure as we get used to this it'll come natural, and we definitely can adjust the peddle assist as well, we are still learning. Since it is winter here, the weather is pretty cold for biking so we do plan to utilize it more as weather permits. We have an airplane so we can take this folding bike on it and have land transportation after we disembark too. My husband will use it on his trip to OshKosh, the national air show, to get around the show. We have typically taken regular folding peddle bikes, but this will be a step up! Now for the great customer service. We liked this bike so much, that we wanted to buy a second one. We plan on using these to ride to work instead of driving our cars, to save on gas. So, we did order another, and got the Magic Black w/fenders and rear rack. I contacted the seller about buying an extra set of fenders and a rear rack for the first Magic Gray bike, because their Amazon store did not have any currently available. They were quick to reply and after a few messages back and forth, they said they wanted to send me what I needed at no charge. My mind was blown! I mean I repeatedly really tried and said I was very happy to purchase these parts but they would not hear it! They so much want to please their customers and promote good will. That just showed us that this is a company that wants to serve the customers to their best ability, and that spoke volumes to us! I wholeheartedly recommend the Oraimo company and their Scrambler 100 ebike! You will love it!

Got this bike today easy to assemble out of the box took it for a 14 mi ride today where I live is super hilly and definitely rugged area bike performed exceptionally well definitely value for the money weight was a little bit much when carrying but overall not to cumbersome would definitely recommend Mike also handles exceptionally well at high speed and is easy to fold and just to clarify this was not a sponsored review I bought this bike after doing a fair amount of research and I am most definitely pleased it is an awesome bike

TL;DR I recommend it, it is powerful, good looking, easy to install, and fun to ride. Installation: It comes with all the tool kit for you to install your bike, the whole process took me 20mins, 10 mins spent on unpacking. They really did a good job packing it up to prevent damages during transit. Ride: You can feel the power immediately. I tested it on a steep hill where I live, I didn’t not feel the bike was slower than a flat surface while climbing. I think the manufacturer programmed the speed limit to 20miles/hour for safety but it is definitely powerful. It is great for someone who is on the heavy side. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The saddle is super comfortable and the seat post has a shock absorption system. What can be improved: Key hole design: It took me a long time to find the key hole to turn on the bike, and the key hole is upside down pointing upwards. I have many keys in my chain am not sure if I feel secure enough to insert the key along with my chain of keys. Water-bottle Carrier: There is no way I can easily put water bottle on this bike. I guess that’s a design trade off of being foldable. Lights: The bike does not come with head or tail lights. I guess it is also because it is foldable. Overall I love this bike and highly recommend it.

I wish it was IPX6 rated, but IPX5 is fine in the rain unless it's falling really hard. Even if the rain fell hard it would most likely be alright if you're riding IPX5 rated products. Just don't submerge IPX5 rated products if you value the usability. thick tires with good grip, wired disk breaks, nice comfortable seat, good shifter, quality materials, lightweight for an e-bike, sturdy folding mechanisms, interactive display for pedal assist rating viewing monitor, well packaged upon delivery, stylish, responsive mobility under heavy workload, extended two year warranty option for free ( with my order ), range is consistent with manufacturers description, sturdy kickstand, comes with front and rear reflectors Note: tires are not inflated

Best customer service out if any item I’m ever purchased hands down, TOP QUALITY, great look and easy assembly, always getting compliments, the bike is great over all and is built better than I honestly excepted. Folds great and compact, charging is fast, seems to have good overcharge protection, throttle is responsive and so is the peddle assist. No issues until I got hit by a car, the bike honestly saved me from getting more hurt because it didn’t just collapse like most bikes would in that situation. Great company Have had a few people convince to purchase their own If review all their products if I could Will add pictures when possible
