I'm 5'3" and I weigh 238. I have a large midsection. I ordered a 3xl and it fit perfectly. NOTE: It was easy to get on UNTIL I had to get my shoulders in. I literally had to shimmy each arm/shoulder at a time. Once it was on, I did have to lay on the bed to zip it up inch by inch. I kept my panties on and I'm glad I did. Within 2 hours of doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...just sitting in my recliner watching Christmas movies with the kids, I WAS DRENCHED!!!!!!!!!!! I decided the heat level was getting a bit intense so I went to take it off.......... UH OH. IF you have anxiety, take note. Getting OFF the shoulders/arms is extremely difficult when you are wet from the seat it produces!!!! BEFORE GRABBING THE SCISSORS, take a DEEP BREATH, and work it. THIS SUIT IS DIFFICULT IF YOU ARE ALL ALONE, BUT POSSIBLE. I did not cut it off. I did not ask for help. I just worked with it. I finally got the suit off after about 3 VERY LONG MINUTES or so. It came off inside out, which was perfect so I could wipe it down with clorox wipes. I am excited to go walking in it.....but then straight home. IF YOU HAVE TO PEE WHILE IN IT, remember, it is a bit of a challenge....a bathroom stall would be a NIGHTMARE!!!!!! LOL....I can see myself flopping around like Shamu out water! I have purchased other sauna wear in the past, there was the neoprene belt with thigh wraps and after that was a spandex/nylon set of shorts with a top vest. I was not happy with my previous sauna wear as they were both lacking. The neoprene only covered small areas compared to everywhere, which is what I am trying to work on. The sauna set was internally covered with silver lining that says it works 3x better than neoprene (but it did not). It did cover the arms also but despite how it was described online, the shorts didn't have the lining on the thighs, only on their top to cover the abdomen (which in my case, defeated the purpose of them as I had also gotten the top) so they still left a lot to be desired in terms of coverage. My most recent purchase absolutely covers all the areas I am working on, the Optlove womens sauna suit. The Optlove suit covers everything but the breasts (which if your a woman, even one trying to lose lbs, you don't want to lose it there), and has mesh only in the crotch and armpits so that you can still have airflow while burning fat everywhere else. This suit works perfectly for me. I have had great results wearing it, even though I have not had it long. My only issue is the length of the top portion, it seems like it fits a little tight. It's not so big that I would send it back but if you have a long torso make sure to pay attention to the measurements (maybe order 1 size up). Otherwise, this item fits all categories on my checklist. It is made wonderfully, good quality fabric, put together well. I am very happy with my purchase. As soon I got it I tried it on. It was a perfect fit! I'm 5'3 and weigh 210 pounds size 16 jeans. I ordered an XL. I wore it the rest of the day and went to the gym. The material is very light weight and it's not extremely tight or uncomfortable. When I was at the gym. It helped me sweat twice maybe even three times as much as I usually do. That's what I loved about it. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. The only things that I didn't like about the suit. I didn't prewash it (which there wasn't any instructions to) so it stained the inside of my workout tights between the legs black. The other thing I didn't like is the zipper doesn't lock so it unzips about an half inch. So if you have a larger belly this may become an issue. Other than that it's a great product. Because of the two flaws I'm just deducting one star. (I'm on my tippy toes to show the length of the suit in the pic. It comes almost to my knees) ... show more
