Tuya Camera Installation 1. Download The App Before Installation. Search For Tuya Smart In App Store Or Google Play 2. Open The App And Click On The "+" Sign In The Top Right Corner To Add A Device (The Distance Between The Camera And The Router Should Not Exceed 35 Feet Range To Ensure A Stable Signal). 3. Find In The Options - "Camera & Lock" - Make Sure To Select Smart Camera (Dual Band Wi-Fi) For 5g Networks And Smart Camera (Wi-Fi) For 2.4g Network Users. 4. Select "I Hear A Beep" Or The Indicator Light Flashes Quickly. 5. Enter The Correct Wifi Username And Password (Please Do Not Have Special Characters For The Account Password). 6. Please Point The Qr Code On Your Phone At The Camera And Scan It Back And Forth At A Distance Of 10 -30cm. Once The Qr Code Is Successfully Recognised, You Will Hear A Beep And Select Next. 7. If you were planning on trying install this bulb socket camera into a standard exterior floodlight socket (see pic) it will not fit. The body of the camera is not long enough for the threads to engage. I set up this cam using the icam365 app per the included instructions. The camera would not scan the QR code included in the instructions to perform an auto setup so I had to connect it to my WiFi network manually. The installion was easy. If you are using it as a front porch light replacement, the housing blocks the camera view. It causes the camera to constantly pan up towards the tree or sky. The cloud storage doesn't allow you to use iCloud or One Drive. You must pay for their cloud storage.

I just set mine up and so far it works pretty well. It does lag a little bit when I try to move the camera and also takes a little to long to load for my liking. Other then that it work well and is definitely worth the money.

I had to return a couple cameras because I couldn’t install them. These are so easy to install and they take pretty decent quality pictures and videos and are cheaper than the ones I returned. I am very happy with the product so far. It does seam cheaply made compare to the ones I returned, but they at least work and I can watch my place while at work.. ... show more
