These are great pillows for the price. You can find cheaper ones, but as a value for fluff ratio these get 5 stars from me given the price. Yes you can find more expensive better pillows but I was using them for an extra bed in an RV that gets used quite a bit but you can double them up if they are too flat like some people complain. I did not find that to be a problem if I kneaded the pillow to give it the shape I wanted. Here's how I've kept mine looking new after almost a year. 1. Always was in cold. On gentle, No/very little spin. No bleach, not even the color safe kind. A little bit of mild liquid detergent or something like woolite works great. A fabric softener doesn't hurt I suppose. 2. Dry on low/no heat and low speed tumble if you have the option. 3. If they are really soiled, instead of a heavy detergent or bleach maybe a little bit of hydrogen peroxide in the water. Around a 5-7% concentration should do it. Much more than 10% and you're getting into bleach territory in terms of what it does to the fibers. Never mix it with laundry detergent.
