I recently purchased this carpet with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has not lived up to my expectations. The carpet has an awful smell that is so overwhelming I had to place it outside my house to air out. Even after a few days, the odor lingered.. While the carpet is soft to the touch, the quality is quite lacking. Very soft and fluffy, I love it… update!! My vacuum which is a shark navigator does not like my carpet, so I have to only use the hand held part of it and get on my hands and knees and vacuum it that way
