I have tried others for post abdominal surgery and this is by far the best. It is sturdier without being uncomfortable. Best of all the Velcro is angled so it doesn’t touch your skin. It’s more expensive but way worth it!

After being poked so much by the binder I used after my last surgery, I really wanted to find something better. This is it!! The thing I love most about this binder is the tapered edges where the Velcro attaches. My other one didn’t have that and it was awful. I was always folding it down a bit to try to make it curve so it didn’t poke me, which resulted in bunching up and being uncomfortable. This one doesn’t poke me at all. I find it very comfortable to wear. It also provides great support. I didn’t buy my own binder for my last surgery because the doctor told me one would be provided. I had no idea I could’ve been so much more comfortable! This time will be better.

This abdominal binder worked well for me after abdominal surgery. It provides a good amount of compression but it would definitely be best for those with a long torso. It can be a little uncomfortable while sitting for me (I have an average torso).
