This rug will be used in the van to replicate grass for our trunk or treat celebration. I think I'll leave it in my van afterwards for "just in case" needs or for the kids to use for their tent floors or movie night. While it is soft and the color is nice, it isn't something I would use in my home for decorative purposes although my four year old grandson declared, "It's so soft! I could stay here all day!" It is decently thick but on a hard surface it may not be enough without additional padding if you plan to lay on it.

It's a funky rug and did not disappoint. I was not expecting high-end merchandise and it is as described. We got this for an interesting vibe in a new sunroom with tons of plants. Cheerful, cozy and different. It will make our little conversation area in the room unique and adds a bit of whimsy.

I bought this rug for my sister and I was so surprised when I walked into her house and saw it. I didn't expect it to look as nice as it does for the cost. It works great for area she is using it for. Give it a few days to a week for wrinkles to smooth out. It doesn't slip around on the floor and it was easy to vacuum! The color is pretty and its actually pretty thick too!

Feels nice but it isn't non slip. My dogs love it and I've already had to wash it once and I was surprised how well it did and did not come apart. I would give 5 star rating if it came in more colors and was actually non slip. It is NOT non slip. If it were on carpet maybe it would be bit on my laminate floors, it isn't non slip. Feels great under the feet!

Great rug for the price. Its thicker and plushier than I expected. It is lighter than a wool rug so does get sucked up a little by the vacuum on high. Turning vacuum down to medium worked. I would buy again.

In the midst of home renovations, while renovating the elusive and spacious master bedroom... I, in my clumsiness, spilt a gallon of Behr Dynasty paint on my ancient green carpet (circa 1970s). I, in my nesting stage of pregnancy went into a full panic mode and, on my own... ripped up the entire master bedroom carpet. Oh no. Oh dear. My husband! He loves carpet and despises a hard, cold concrete floor. QUICK! TO THE LAND OF AMAZON !!! The land of Amazon. Ah yes... the place where you can find anything and have it dropped off at your door step. Sometimes over night. They arrive in these large blue chariots, with their gifts aplenty. I looked I searched. I read reviews I budgeted a temporary rug. This one? Too expensive. That one? Not fluffy enough. Over there? Nah. That one is ugly. Even from afar. Oh, aha. This one. The Ophanine Area rug. Budget friendly.... good color.... fluffy. Ah yes. And the right size. I ordered it. It came fast. But.... it was in this.... tiny.... teeny box. I was hesitant to open it. "Was i scammed" i thought.... No. I trust the Land of Amazon. I opened the box to find a rock hard cube. I gently opened the double layered plastic and laid the black fuzzy mess on my cold concrete floor. It floofed. It fluffed. It flurfed. And finally, it looked like the images. Thick enough to not hurt feet, but if you drop a bottle of nail polish, it will shatter. A decent temporary solution. I then came across a weird incident. One of my Many children. (6 of them.... no, his pull out game isn't good clearly) left a trail of crumbs on the newly floofed carpet. No matter, I have a vacuum. The shark. The vacuum that has survived many pets, children, messes, diy projects... the shark vacuum that never fails. I plugged her up, and began to get to work. The Trusty Shark was working, yet I was having to work harder. With how fluffy the carpet was, the vacuum was having issues rolling. No matter, I need the exercise. 10 minute exercise? Not bad. 15? Meh , its a good workout! 20? 25. .. 30?.?... No matter how many times I tried to clean the crumbs, the carpet seemingly just kept trying to swallow the crumbs into the abyss of its black fluff. I gave up. Picked up the rug and shook it out like a maid in the 1700s, cleaning her ladies bedroom rugs. I shook and crumbs and dust flew everywhere. I seasoned the entire room! The rug laughed and cackled at me. "YOU DARE THINK YOU CAN CLEAN ME? GOOD LUCK WENCH" I gave up. The rug will never clean. I tried all 3 of my trusted vacuum steeds. Alas, it is a lost cause. If you are an elderly person, please I implore you DONT BUY THIS RUG unless you want to throw your hip out trying to vacuum it.

I haven't washed it, so can't say yet, but it is what you pay for. Its light weight. Seems like it will fit in the washer. I think the pink I got is lighter than in the picture but in my case it wasn't an important factor. I bought this so I could lay on the ground with my dog because she likes the carpet upstairs and I wanted her closer while I'm at my desk. I think pets would like this rug. I think the fact that it's cheap is good because you can replace it every 6 months and not feel bad (assuming it needs replacing). Because it is light weight it is very easy to fold up and pick up. My dog gets her paws wet often so before I let her out of the kennel I swoop it up and store somewhere till everyone (my dog, cat, and I) has clean feet. Ez pz!
